This is the speech that was to be made at a meeting dedicated to the 82nd Anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution in Leningrad on the Revolution Square, November 7, 1999, by Nina A. Andreeva, General Secretary of the AUCPB. But... due to the tactics of the leadership of the CPRF and their helper, the RCWP, Nina Andreeva was not allowed to make this speech.

NSC therefore is printing its content (abridged) for NSC to read and have their own opinions.

We Are Blamed?

Dear comrades!

On behalf of the All Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks I welcome all who came to this Revolutionary Square where the Great Socialist October Revolution took place and succeeded under the leadership of the Bolsheviks and V.I. Lenin.

I greet all members of the AUCPB and all comrades that today are carrying the banner of national liberation and for a socialist future.

We, the Soviet Communists are blamed by the Soviet people for giving up the gains of the Great October Revolution without hardly a fight and without actively taking up the struggle against the counterrevolution... because we were mesmerized by sweet promises by this Judas Gorbachev. They also blame all the 19 million members of the CPSU for silently looking on at the destruction of socialism and for not taking up arms to stop the 180 degree turn-around towards capitalism!

We, Soviet communists are also blamed for giving up the state to the nomenclature that were the leaders of the CC-CPSU without even a struggle. These former CPSU leaders, who were schooled, given important posts in the government, they were fed and given privileges by the Soviet people and then the people were led towards a different ideology and brought to the brink of catastrophe and the coming of fascism.

We are blamed as communists for being naive and politically misled in our socialist construction while being encircled by Imperialism and also by promoting the ideology of "peaceful coexistence"!

We must take the blame in front of the world proletariat that we also allowed the disintegration of the USSR, thus allowing the gains made by the world proletariat to be under attack and losing most of the hard fought victory and weakening the struggles against their own bourgeoisie.

On our shoulders is also the blame of temporarily dashing the hopes and optimism of the worlds proletariat in all their struggles for a better future.

We are also blamed for dashing the hopes and weakening the struggles of the Communist parties all over the world, and responsible for the many splits in the communist movements in the world and also the liberation movements.

That is why we, the Soviet Communists must quickly unite and liberate our country, resurrect the Soviet Union and Socialism and open up the epoch of world-wide socialist revolutions. Why? Because Imperialism has reached the last stage of its own downfall due to internal imperialistic contradictions. Exploiting the resources of the world and its cheap labor, the USA bourgeoisie thinks that they shall forever have the prosperity - but not for all their people - as they have now. This prosperity now is at the expense of other countries.

The XXI century is not going to be a repetition of the 20th century. There are still countries in this world of ours that are building socialism and going onward towards the betterment of life for their people. There is now China, North Korea and heroic Cuba that set an example for all of us.

Our All Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks is under attack on all fronts in Azerbaijan, in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and many other former Soviet republics. These attacks are led by the former CPSU leaders like Alexander Yakovlev whose vicious anti-Communist hysteria permeates the airwaves and the media.

Long live the Great October Revolution!
Long live the Soviet People!
Long live the salvo fired by Aurora!
Long live the international friendship of the people!
Long live the struggle for unity of all progressive movements of this planet!
