FromPresident Kuchma is not satisfied at being only the President of Ukraine now, which he "won" in December of 1999 through skullduggery, manipulation and outright electoral cheating. He now wants and demands to have dictatorial powers to be invested in himself... thus he called for a Referendum on April 16 to adopt a new constitution"!
If he succeeds in this effort, then Ukraine will have come from a Socialist Republic, to the present bourgeois democracy and this to be followed by a national-Fascist dictatorship. All this is very carefully choreographed, promoted, abetted and also financed by the IMF, World Bank and also the new sugar daddy" Uncle Sam!
He based himself on the "fact" that he had gathered 4,000,000 signatures and then he stated that this is the "people's will". Those workers that are still working now were obliged to bring their passports to work and sign their name on the "Referendum Letter". Either you signed or you walked. That is how the four million signatures somehow and very quickly appeared as the basis for calling for a Referendum.
The present bourgeois Constitution is the vehicle for having the "Newly Rich Ukrainians" live at the expense of the millions of devastated Ukrainian working class.
The population of Ukraine has decreased from 52 million people to now only 48 million people inside the few years of this bourgeois present-day so-called "independent" Ukraine.
The coming Referendum is lawful if even less than 50% of the voters bother to vote. The aim is now to bring in a national-Fascist dictatorship.
The only way to defeat this Referendum is to boycott it. But in order to have a successful boycott you need a political will amongst the 4 largest left-wing parties such as the Communist Party of Ukraine, Socialist Party of Ukraine, Progressive Socialist Party of Ukraine and the Village Party of Ukraine, who are supported by millions of people. But all of these parties helped to adopt the present "New Constitution" of Ukraine and, not very likely that they shall agree to boycott all together this forthcoming April 16th Referendum.
Thus, this Referendum shall decide whether we shall continue to be a bourgeois democracy or become a national-fascist dictatorship.
In the interests of the working class, we should vote "NO" to all the six questions. In this way we can vote for the bourgeois democracy and start immediately together to open up a revolutionary struggle for the Soviet of Workers and Peasants, socialism and also the rebirth of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
Only in the union of all brotherly peoples can Ukraine again become a sovereign state and be part of the world society. There is no other way.

Below we publish a call that is heartrending and also soul-searching not only for the Soviet people in their struggle to resurrect the Soviet Union, hut also for the working class of the world.
Comrades! Citizens of the Soviet Union, our dear brothers and sisters, living in Russia, Ukraine, Byelorussia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Soviet Republic of Georgia, and Kazakhstan, Kirghizia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldavia, Tadzhikistan, Turkmenistan, Estonia, Uzbekistan! The total deprivation of our people - is the bitter reality. According to the plans of the "civilized" West and the USA, when year 2050 comes upon us, those of us that are alive are planned to number only 30-40 million in the whole of the former USSR. The population loss of only one of the Soviet republics (Russia) from 1992 is already 12,000,000, but how many lives were lost in Moscow, in Chechniya, Daghestan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldavia and Tadzhikistan? No one ever counted these deaths! They are killing us off through hunger, cold and other sicknesses that were long ago eliminated in the Soviet Union. They are poisoning us with alcohol, narcotics, Aids, so that our children would be unhealthy both mentally and physically. They do everything possible so that the Soviet people should scatter into every corner of the world.
They are all perverting our minds through TV, radio and the press, pornography, gangsterism and also imported culture that is foreign to our people. All of our children are taught to hate their history, their former leaders and to emulate all that is Western in culture and thought. In other words, the aim is to liquidate in our people all their history.
They are pushing us all as wild dogs against each other through religious and ethnic conflicts. Their aim is for us to liquidate ourselves by our own very own hands. Our children and grandchildren shall be brought up to such an impasse that they shall in future be used as chattels and cheap labour and also slaves for Western imperialism. The present "representatives" sitting in the Duma in their soft chairs or in the Kremlin have sold their souls to America and to the remaining Fascists of Europe, Zionists and the Jesuits of the Vatican, plus the Russian Orthodox priests-parasites and also the Muslim fanatics under the mantle of Allah!
Comrades! it doesn't matter now or ever whether you are Russian, Ukrainian, Byelorussian or Orthodox or a Muslim or an Atheist. It is important that you are a Soviet person, that we are all Soviet people, who love our mighty Motherland and are devoted to it. We all lived well and in friendship in the USSR up to that time when the internal and imported Western propaganda managed to split our unity and made us quarrel and fight each other.
Vladimir Lenin and Joseph Stalin told us and also made us promise that we shall defend the Soviet Union like the apple of our eye! We did not fulfill this promise to our great leaders, and benignly looked upon the full disintegration of our mighty land by the CPSU party partocrats, we also looked upon the bloodletting without raising our voices or uniting to defend the Soviet Union and Socialism. For all of this we are paying a very terrible price - with millions of our lives and the possible death of our children and future grandchildren.
The war against us now is even more horrific than the Great Patriotic War in years 1941-1945. We must now understand that the new technology of the mass annihilation of people and of the foreign troops already on our soil, this is a sure sign of genocide unless we take immediate steps to stop this. We are all now in a concentration camp where the electronic media does the work of guards. It is meant to completely erase from all of our minds Soviet patriotism, they demoralize the Soviet people, they take from all of them their moral thoughts and in the end they are willing to eliminate us physically.
They shall not be stopped by human rights violation that the West so very boldly proclaims to the whole world. No Western capitalist human rights organization shall come to our defense. The more that we keep quite, the more we are obedient, the more horrific shall be our fate. No one shall save us! "The people themselves must try to save themselves through mighty struggles!" J.V. Stalin.
The present state governments have no legal grounds to exist, if we take international law as a guiding force or norm. These governments in the former Soviet Union exist by armed might, not by the will of the people. Only through dedicated revolutionary means can all of these enemies be overthrown. We must do as our parents and grandparents did in 1917 and also during the Great Patriotic War. Now it is our turn to follow in their footsteps!
Comrades! Citizens of the USSR! Brothers and Sisters! Let us Unite! Every lost opportunity is traitorous. Are you listening? Organize all over the country all Soviets, Soviets of Workers, in all of the former Soviet Republics. Organize in all the factories, farms, enterprises these Soviet of Workers and Red Guards. We Soviet Communists and patriots never shall kneel before the occupiers of our dear Motherland! We must liquidate these robbers and occupiers, these traitors. Let us unite all of our forces with the great Russian, Ukrainian and also Byelorussian nations as Soviet People! Let's kick out from our land these so-called American consultants and 'specialists", plus their local helpers and lackeys!
Forward, for our Soviet Motherland! For Socialism and the Soviet Power of the working class, for a unified and mighty Union of Soviet Socialist Republics!

Last year in Ossetia there was established a young Komsomol organization. In a very short time it has become publicly active, it has established its presence and is recognized as a leading youth organization fighting for Socialism.
In which way is our Young Komsomol organization different from scores of other youth organizations? First of all it is not a fictitious organization or just an appendage of some parties that now deem themselves left or even Communist, It has a platform, it has also a role to play among the young people in the fight for the resurrection of the Soviet Union and Socialism.
Our task is to build socialism and not the opportunistic variety or social-democratic models as was started by former leaders such as Khrushchev, Brezhnev or Gorbachev, In this way we are apart from many organizations, who unfortunately under the name of communism are opportunistic and do not stand for the principle of people owning all the means of production. We are also for the Stalin style of constitution and Bolshevik principles of revolutionary work.
Our young Komsomols learn and study the theory of Marxism-Leninism and we also put our message across by variety of means - in demonstrations, pickets, study of theory and through many rousing revolutionary songs and performances.
Time is already here when more and more young people are not believing in the promises of the present bourgeois parties or their present leaders. We base our future on Marxism and utilize all of the modern computer technology to get our message across.
We call upon all the youth to join our ranks in this decisive struggles for our future, all those who want to dedicate their lives to the Soviet Union and Socialism.

The Future Belongs to Communism!

Dear readers of NSC!
When we discuss the catastrophe and the physical situation in Russia with different people and with different outlooks and also understanding, these are the most often asked questions:
* What was so good under the Soviet Union?
* Is it not the Communists who dismembered, robbed and devastated such a great country as the USSR?
* Is not the same Communists who now built themselves palaces from the hard labour of the people?
* Who then, if not the Communists have taken over industries, and factories as their own and thrown the working class in their millions out of work?
* What will the Chechen War bring to the Russian people?
There are many other questions that need answers and explanations. Therefore, since from the very beginning of the Khrushchev period, we are daily forced to give explanations, either verbally in decisions or through our very meager printed media, since we the dedicated Communists cannot get time on the radio or television.
Without looking back at our Soviet times, without analyzing what went wrong and without struggling against this anti-Soviet poison, we cannot ever appreciate what we had and what we lost.
The Soviet State was blossoming and was getting richer and much more prosperous with every year.
Together, the living standards of its people were getting better and better, Industries and all enterprises were working to capacity and there was a shortage of labour to fill all the positions. The production capacity and quality of the products grew monthly.
The schooling, the sciences and technology was such that we did put the first man in space, ahead of even the most advanced capitalist countries.
The collective and state farm production made every person proud with the abundance of food. The workers were guaranteed work and payment always.
The Soviet State was the guarantor of all the best for its working class.
As is well known, Imperialism and its policy was always against the USSR and Socialism and its sabotage, both covert and overt, did not stop for a minute since the Great October Revolution in 1917.
In this regard, in order to defeat the Soviet Union, World capitalism began to systematically sponsor, support and urge Fascist Germany to attack the Soviet Union.
On June 22, 1941, Fascist Germany attacked the Soviet Socialist State. With the urgent call from the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, headed by Joseph Stalin, the multinational Soviet Socialist state, shoulder to shoulder rose to the defense of the Motherland. But the capitalist world was not happy with the victory over Fascism. American Imperialism was very perturbed that the unity between the CPSU and the people was so strong that it could not be ever defeated through war.
Our enemies decided to utilize a very different tactic, by utilizing the Soviet internal enemies in their future plans. With propaganda, lies, innuendoes, falsification of history, and vicious attacks against the leadership of Stalin. In this, they found enemies inside the CPSU, starting with the traitor Khrushchev, who then started to purge the CPSU of dedicated Bolsheviks from top to bottom, such as Marshal Zhukov, Kaganovich, Malenkov, Bulganin and other leaders and thus expelled them from their leading posts in the USSR to which they were elected. Our enemies did everything that was possible to blacken our history and the CPSU and especially the leadership of our great leader J.V. Stalin.
These enemies were able to distance the CC CPSU, its policy and the real socialism of Stalin from the new generation of people and the youth... starting from the early school years. They turned over all the reins of the country to the so-called "democrats" who took the state out of the hands of the people and this brought the pro-Fascist Yeltsin regime to power, with of course the help of the traitor Gorbachev and his "perestroika".
Thus the working people were left without any power or say and with most of the industry either being closed or sold off to foreign ownership.
Thus, in order to live and exist, part of the working class started to become speculators while the majority, the masses have no health care, work, old age pensions, heat and even now where to live. The present market economy is devastating our country completely.
There are no price controls and this is done in order for speculators to get richer while the state tries to pay off all its foreign debts, after of course tremendous Mafiosi embezzlement in all spheres of life.
The pensioners and those who manage to find work, but do not get paid regularly, the State tries to keep tight the lid on the mushrooming constant strikes and demonstrations.
The Chechen bloodbath, where our Soviet youngsters die is Yeltsin's way of satisfying the Russian capitalist Mafia for oil and Western backing for a pipeline. What Boris Yeltsin was not able to accomplish, Putin now is doing the job as is demanded by the West. The bloody Chechen war shall bring only tears and agony to the Russian people.
This is all according to the plans of US imperialism, especially the planned liquidation of as many young people as possible, in case there will be a future insurrection. Also, all these deaths shall make the future birth rate smaller.
This is also another well-planned method of diminishing the Russian population.
World Imperialism has no need for our people, they want only our rich resources and our territory. President Clinton of USA told his Western partners that absolutely under no circumstances shall the USA allow Communists to come to power in the USSR. They must make certain that this rich resource base serves only Western Imperialism... since many countries in the world depend on these resources, like Canada, Germany, USA, Israel and many others.
This is well-documented and written up in the influential Russian daily newspaper "Our Truth", June 11, 1996.
All these crimes, plus the terrible conditions are on the head of Yeltsin and his internal traitors and now is passed onto Putin, who shall be the gravedigger of what is left of Russia and its future dictator.
I feel that after the coming presidential election in March, Putin shall show his true face and it shall be a very dark day for Russia after he comes to power.
The presidential elections are a sham and shall not bring any good to the suffering Russian people... only more bloodshed, more misery and much more devastation.
I appeal to my Soviet compatriots:
"Down with the present regime of Russia!"
"All power to the Soviets!"
In an article which bears many of the war-time overtones of anti-Sovietism, written by Steven C. Johnson, an Associated Press writer in Riga, Latvia, states about the witchhunt to try all Soviet partisans who were fighting against German fascists and their Latvian collaborators.
"A Soviet partisan during World War II was convicted of war crimes and sentenced to six years in prison after a trial that most Russian people living in Latvia criticized.
Prosecutors said that Vasily Kononov, 77, ordered the execution of nine innocent victims in a Latvian village in 1944 when partisans and the Soviet Red Army were fighting to liberate Latvia from German occupation.
Latvian authorities vowed that they shall bring all Soviet war criminals to justice. But even the Latvians know that the Soviet partisans in Latvia were supported by the people in their struggles for liberation from the Fascist Germans, but also from the Latvian fascist SS Battalions that were fighting side by side with the German Army.
Kononov's case has touched a nerve in the very large Russian population living in Latvia who consider all partisans as heroes. When the verdict was announced, there were cries in the courtroom of; "Fascism is not dead! Death to the fascists!", the Baltic News Services said.
The present Latvian government stated that Soviet partisans/Red Army and German Fascists were equal evils.
COMMENT
During the Great Patriotic War the SS Divisions were organized in Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia and Ukraine and they were all devoted to German fascism, fighting the Soviet Union and the Allies. It is also interesting that these Latvian fascists are well-known to the authorities, but are never brought to justice, because they served German and local Fascism! The present Latvian authorities try to whitewash this past treachery!

Today we only can feel sorry, that in that Belovezh Abyss, there was not found even one person with a bit of culture or even a decent person, who would have spoken this bible proverb to these Judases of the CPSU who in their drunken stupor here in this forest on December 8, 1991 adopted the death sentence to the mightiest country of workers - the Soviet Union.
The imperialist demands of the West, for the dismemberment of the USSR, carried out by 'our" Judases under the direction of the USA and NATO, gave us their market economy corpse - this process completely dismantled our economy, culture, science and spiritual life.
The constant chatter about "partnership and cooperation" by the West is just a cover-up as to what Imperialism did in Asia and Africa - the tactics of neo-colonialism - at first it was the traders and missionaries, then came soldiers, and then the riches started to flow out of our country for money that found their resting place in other foreign hands.
Now our country is gasping for air from these colonial masters, our people are being brainwashed from morning till night by this constant question: "will the IMF and World Bank give us the dollars or not?" and "what will Clinton or the old lady Albright say?"
Even the CIA is working night and day, sweating over the important question of whether the people of the former USSR will unite in a new Union and will they not again become a mighty state that stands against the policies of American Imperialism and American domination of the world?
While "our" present leaders are coming out of their skins, determined that all of our people shall be brought to such a state of hunger and devastation while promoting through pornography in the media that now there is growing an epidemic of Aids. They are desperately promoting the coming day when they can welcome Yankee troops and NATO tanks - because they all know for certain, that a time is coming that they all have to depend on NATO troops in order to save them from the wrath of the people.
No, Kuchma in Ukraine did not come to power, but the Zionists such as Rabinovich, Tabachnik, Pinchuk, Surkis, Volkov and others who are now the real masters in the country with their amassed ill-gotten riches.
In Russia the Zionists (with Western backing) are on the warpath against the struggling Slavs. We arc bombarded with Western prepared propaganda daily over the media about the greatness of Chubais and Sobchak... they are nothing more than puppets of Mr. Putin, organized by the extremely rabid anti-Communists and present day Judases (formerly in CC CPSU) such as Vladimir Yakovlev, the present Mayor of Leningrad and Chubais.
The influence and Western backing for Berezovsky and his ownership of the mass media, including the biggest TV station in Russia (ORT) and his henchmen like the following: Flarkovsky, Sheremet, Vernitsky, plus Dorenk, Leontev Svanidzy, they all are brainwashing daily the people of Russia as to whom to vote for, falsifying and promoting ratings of all those who long ago should have been sentenced and put behind bars.
The coming of fierce storms of hate and revolutionary upheavals against the gangs of the Kuchmas, Shushkewiches, Gorbacheves and Yeltsins is not stoppable! The future generation shall not forgive Yeltsin, Shushkewich and Krawchuk their Belovezh Sin. They shall give credit and honor to people like Lukashenko, President of Byelorussian Republic who is determined to unite the Slavs into one mighty state of Russia, Byelorussia and also Ukraine. The present signing of unity between Russia and Byelorussia - this is the first step towards the resurrection of our Motherland - the USSR.
