As a result of the temporary demise of the USSR due to the counterrevolution, our rich natural resources have now all been privatized and exploited in the hands of the corrupted Mafiosi oligarchy, and have now become the monopolistic financial-industrial complexes during the middle of 1990s which has now caused Russia to adopt an imperialist tendency in its politics as also in other former Soviet republics.
This situation has caused the internal strife between these capitalist groupings to assume a comprador character.
In this scenario, together with US and IMF backing, the present anti-peoples regimes in the former Soviet republics are attempting a cohesion of their armies, religions, mass media and internal security apparatus, all geared towards solidifying their hold over the millions of Soviet people. The results are tragic, in unbelievable unemployment and the drastic falling life span of people by 13-15 years.
The present regime instigates conflicts, such as in Chechnya and in other regions of the former Soviet Union.
Under the forceful dictates of the IMF who do not and will not allow any competition from the Russian or others against their monopoly, so that already the built-up Russian monopolies are being dismantled and sold off to foreign ownership or made into smaller entities, thus not in any position to compete with any of the Western imperialist monopolies.
This policy has produced an immense crisis in the economy. The situation is such that the top bourgeois echelons are afraid of the potential revolt of the people and thus are forcing them into promoting chauvinism and authoritarianism
Following the dictates of Western imperialism and, hiding these facts under the label of "defense reforms" the present regime has now practically eliminated the defense potential of the country and thus it has been forced into the orbit of NATO and is now at the mercy of Western expansion, under the world publicity slogan of "defense of human rights".
The present situation in the world economy and the ambitions of all capitalist partners has started to see internal conflicts for markets between all the imperialist partners (USA, Japan, Great Britain, Germany, France) all geared towards the re-division of the world economic markets. This is due to the very aggressive expansionist attacks by USA in many parts of the world.
The attempt at globalization has now given birth to global protests by the people, realizing what is the real plan of this globalization.
Anti-imperialist movements are growing fast and becoming stronger all over the world, in which Communist parties are taking an active part.
The importance of countries such as Cuba, China, Vietnam and North Korea is really growing since they still exist in spite of colossal problems that are put in their way by imperialism.
The stumbling block that is preventing the unified actions of the communist parties inside our own country, as in other countries around the world, is the growing opportunism, anti-Stalinism, different revisionisms and chauvinism of all ilk, all fighting against the Bolshevization of the communist movements.
In Russia, the main danger is the opportunism of the CPRF, which is in actuality a social-democratic party - but is one of the largest parties in Russia, and also the opportunist parties that are members of the Union of Communist Parties-CPSU.
As at the beginning of the 20th century, the weakest link in the world capitalist system was Russia then and now.
In order to try and patch up some sort of economic unity in all of the former territory of the USSR, the present bourgeoisie has initiated the process of economic integration. In the last while this is seen in the "Economic Union of Byelorussia and Russia". But the present bourgeois is not able to unify the people.
Our great nation can only be united by socialism as a union of equal brotherly peoples and only by a revolutionary process.
Its historical mission must be fulfilled by the revolutionary movement of Russia on the basis of a Marxist-Leninist party of Bolsheviks, with the class solidarity actions of all of the workers of the former Soviet Union.
At the moment the revolutionary working class in Russia is still not completely ready, the workers are now just at the stage of economic demands. In order for the working class to follow the political demands and have an organized character and one direction towards a socialist revolution, it must be organized and led by dedicated communists.
The youth has still to take its rightful vanguard role in the struggle against the still strong capitalist system.
The Resolutions that were adopted are herein:
* more emphasis and very much work amongst all the working collectives
* it is a must to instill into the working class its class character understanding
* showing the working class and their collectives the necessity of having political demands combined with economic demands
* enrolling the strike committees into the established Soviets of workers and the need of the dictatorship of the proletariat through a socialist revolution
* the need for much tighter bonds between the working class and working intelligencia
* the utilization of the revolutionary villages in tight cooperation with the working class strikes and stoppages
* organization of help to all striking workers
* all the AUCPB workers and branches must show help and leadership in the youth movements and the youth section of the AUCPB
* proceed to fully uncover and struggle against all forms of opportunism and revisionism of the CPRF and UCP-CPSU
* only through a revolutionary path can there be a resurrection of the USSR
* we must have a united common front, not only in words but in deeds and unity with others in common actions
* we must more actively inform all the people with documented proof as to who is who in the Chechnya bloodshed
* in the international sphere, the AUCPB is to solidify even more the contacts with all international movements, and all communist parties in the present socialist countries
* we must enlarge our contacts and cooperation with all international revolutionary, Marxist-Leninist parties and movements, have ongoing mutual cooperation and exchanges and also take part in international undertakings and forums
* we must constantly struggle against all forms of opportunism in the communist parties, such as revisionism, anti-Stalinism and chauvinism as a "fifth column" of imperialism and reaction in the international communist and workers movements
* to continue to expose constantly the anti-peoples policies of the present bourgeois regimes in the former Soviet republics
* to publish, study and expand the contacts so that these documents shall be exposed to an ever greater audience.
Q: What kind of Union shall the be between Russian and Byelorussia?
A: Russia and Byelorussia are on the road of market reforms. The economic union will be on capitalist basis... a version of the European Union model.
The AUCPB supports this integration, even though it is not socialist integration, because this will help to unite the working class of Russia and Byelorussia to struggle jointly against capitalism.
Only the resurrection of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics shall resolve the horrendous problems. Nationalism and chauvinism are not the answers.
