This is the USA today! The bastion of so-called "democracy", the system that US imperialism proposes for every country in the world, by force if need be!
Thousands upon thousands of protesters gathered in Washington, USA, on April 15-46 from many countries of the world in order to let all the participants attending the World Bank and also the International Monetary Fund know that the people of the world realize what these two imperialist organizations are about and what they are attempting to accomplish against all the countries of the world.
Even bourgeois reporters admitted that this demonstration was larger and better organized than the one in Seattle against the World Trade Organization. Besides, the delegates to the IMF and WB had to hold their meetings inside a veritable armed camp, with thousands of police, tear gas and pepper spray, plus guard dogs. The thousands of protesters achieved their goal and made their statement loud and clear.
As one protester was quoted as saying to the bourgeois press: "If nothing else, today's protest should tell all of the capitalists that we're not going away."
There were 1,300 arrests just in one day of protests. The police had blocked off a 90-block area in order to try and stop over 10,000 demonstrators.
If the IMF, WB and WTO get their way, you can expect such scenes in almost every country, including the former Soviet Union.
Again, take a good look at these photos and at the faces of the police… can you see any difference between these and the former Fascist and Nazi police during the reign of German, Italian and Japanese Fascism?
Therefore the UNITY of all people is vital and necessary in order to stop this developing US inspired Fascism!
A QUESTION!
Do US police act differently under the governing Democrats or the Republicans when they are defending Capitalism? If the answer is "NO", then why support them?
