Sir:
We are aware that your government has imposed the conditions of non-registration and de-facto illegality through the offices of your Department on the Russian Communist Workers Party-Russian Party of Communists. We are well aware that this repressive action wax taken during the time when the arrangement for the president of the United States of America, George W. Bush to meet with President Putin of Russia. In view of the accelerating repression of human, political and civil rights and freedoms taking place under the secret or proclaimed agreements fostered and put in place by the Presidents of both countries, we express deepest alarm at this fascist like curtailment of political freedom in your country. It is impossible not to see the action of President Putin and the actions of President Bush to drastically curtail the civil rights and strengthen the police-state powers of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the USA, are totally cut from the same cloth. It as well cannot be seen as other than part and parcel of President Putin’s abject agreement to disarm both the democratic and military forces of the Russian Republic under the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) agreements reached at the above-mentioned meeting.
We can state to you in the strongest possible terms that these actions, beginning with the de-facto outlawing of the Russian Communist Workers Party are unwarranted policies, designed to create a world wide condition of military, political and economic hegemony for monopoly capitalism under the false banners of "globalization". Clearly, the United States of America is the dominant force, with Russia and the firmer Soviet Republics as well as other countries, reduced to mere satellites. All are now human resource areas with subservient peoples playing the role of abject lackeys of American Imperialism. First, in this depraved monopoly controlled exploitation are the oil resources. The world-wide hoax and assault by Imperial powers of the United States of America, Great Britain, Germany, France, Italy and Canada, as the foremost powers of NATO war pact, comes at a time when world-wide monopoly capitalism confronts its own deepening General Crisis on every side
It now seeks absolute guarantees for total control of ownership of all rights to exploitation of natural and human resources. Ironically, and with the deepest sadness we recall to you that was precisely the world-wide war aims of the 1937 Anti-Comintern Pact, led by the Nazi regime that cost more than fifty million human lives. Need we remind you that of all those victims of unbridled aggression by monopoly capitalist aggression of Germany, Italy and Imperial Japan, more than twenty-five millions were your fellow Soviet citizens.
Should this have escaped you, President Putin and your government’s attention or memory, may we respectfully bring this to your recollection. We are sure, we join with a majority of citizens of the dismantled republics of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
We demand, in solidarity with all humanity, now confronted by growing crisis on every hand, that the policies of oppression and destruction of political, economic and social rights and freedoms be reversed, and the fundamental democratic rights and freedoms of all citizens of the dismantled USSR be restored!
