In the jubilee edition of newspaper "Zavtra-Tomorrow", dedicated to V. Rasputin, March 19, 2002, the deputy editor has printed his article where he shortly and very focused has big talent shown in Rasputin’s book.
This article does not need any lengthy comments, even though some might disagree with it’s authors conclusions.
A life of every human society, is characterized by many very complex sides, but one of them is decisive for understanding of this society. Our country's population is now being diminished yearly by over 1 million people, and entire regions are ready to fall apart from it. Its main strategic enemy is creating already his military bases in the Baltic states, in Georgia, in Central Asia…that means that this society is going through not a disaster, but already a catastrophe.
There is no need to prove that at the base of our society lies the ineffective anti-human economy that has created a "a mighty group of zero-type individuals". These individuals, together with the regime that they serve, are defending the present economy and are fighting for its existence. This economy does not bring any wealth into the workers house, it does not allow it to feed the child, to cure sickness – and without it, family life is impossible. This present economy does not allow us to maintain an army, the courts system, the intelligence, science and culture – and without all these, a state is impossible.
The nature of this anti-human economy is clear. The wealth that was until recently the peoples, yours and mine, that served our flourishing state and might, belong now to this "mighty group". They are swallowing the economy as a fat worm swallows a cabbage leaf. This "group" consists of the worst possible human beings, of the excrement of humanity, who are watching, without any expression as to how the people who gave them life, art starving.
These people are not just thieves and traitors – they are the killers of our nation. All of us feel that we have been swallowed, that we are swimming in their stomach acid and that we are being absorbed. There are more and more of us, there is less and less liquid around us. We are disappearing, surrounded by the pulsing bottomless stomach of the monster that has swallowed us.
In the Russia media they are talking for a long time already about the fake medications that are on the market, Hundred of thousands of people are not being cured, but are dying from these imported medications. Well, so what? The law and order keepers have no time for such nonsense, they can’t even catch the big murderers.
The pharmacy king Bryntsalov is getting fatter and fatter on the profits with his criminal pharmacy company, and has made such huge profits that he is threatening to buy half of America. by A. Shilov, is so decorated with diamonds and brilliants that only her behind is left free.
If we now talk about "peoples deputies" in the Russian Duma, mot of them don’t give a damn about it at all. They are being treated for any of their own health problems in the Presidential Health Centre, and they don’t receive any fake medications there at all. They are busy making a nice living not only for themselves, but also for their children and grandchildren.
Both the enormous wealth of this little group and the enormous poverty of the rest of us, is based on the fact that they are selling Russian oil, Russian wood, diamonds, steel and aluminium and are getting an enormous amount of money for it, but they do not allow to have taxes put on their ill-gotten income and for those taxes to go into the Russian state budget. They pay the same amount of taxes as do the poor teacher or half-hungry mid-wife. These super profits are being wired-sent abroad into foreign banks and thus are hidden from any taxes for the second time round. There is over $30 billion dollars per year that is sent abroad by these crooks. Such a sum could have built a city in Siberia to house the hundreds of thousands of Russians that have to flee Kazakhstan and the Baltic Republics due to racism and nationalism.
President Putin of course knows about this "economy of death", but he rejects all the demands of the opposition forces to do something about this deadly for Russia mutant. Instead, a sadistic "culture" of oppression and lies is being created. This "culture" is supposed to stop to stop the peoples uprisings.
Putin is supporting the killers of our nation because he depends on them, he was, put into this place by them, he is being ruled by them. It is useless to write him letters and to expect that he will "open his eyes". What he will do, is again give a medal to Yeltsin. Because Yeltsin put in Put-in.
In conclusion, the author writes that there is a discussion growing within the patriotic opposition – about new politics, about new slogans, about new coalition. The opposition is tired of the sad faced compromises and also the unworthy maneuvers. A sharp change in the situation in the country the author links with "triple victory" in the elections.
COMMENTS:
Unfortunately, this is a naďve dead-end. Never-ever will we have any sort of victory at the elections. This is an old social-democracy fairy tale – in its new edition, for deceiving the people. It is being used now by some fractions of opportunistic communists. In the last century, the bourgeoisie has never given up power voluntarily, as the result of elections. Or, maybe the author was inspired by the results in Moldova?
Engels wrote that there are 2 real forces in society: the organized force of the state and the chaotic force of the masses. And we will win when the bourgeoisie will not be capable of doing anything about the "force of the masses", educated and lewd by a Marxist-Leninist party.
There is no need to go into discussion with the author of the article, in the newspaper "Zavtra" about the uselessness of open letters to the president and expectations of his eyes opening.
But all the intellectuals in Russia are so shocked by the current situation, that they simply see no escape route and can't keep quiet. Maybe the centuries-old belief of people in the kind of "father-tsar" who simply doesn't know about the bad state of things in the country, but once he will know, he'll surely change it... is still relevant today?
One way or another, but our intellectuals have started their letter writing to Putin. There are already many letters to the president published in the media – from quite well-known people of the Russian elite: famous scientists, writers, actors, generals, admirals etc. And not a single one of these open letters to Putin has received a reply.
By the way, these are important documents. It is by their contents that our children and grandchildren will study our life as it is today and be horrified by it.
"Sovietskaya Rossia" newspaper has published an open letter from almost 100 of our country's scientists, winners of the Nobel Prize and all of those who have created the might and the glory of our Great country… they wrote to the president with an appeal: "Let's unite against the internal terrorism!"
These scientists wrote: "Russia is at the edge of self-destruction. The enemy is at our doorstep, and the name is Criminal. Today they are killing without fear of being punished in the streets of our cities, in people's own houses and apartments. They kill indiscriminately. Only last year over 50,000 people in Russia died a violent death, tens of thousands have died of inflicted wounds."
The terrorism, international or internal, has not fallen from the sky; those who fed and are feeding the terrorists are to pay the high price for it.
The crime level in Russia at present is so high that it threatens the very existence of our country, wrote the scientists. The number of hooligan cases, of street children, of prostitutes, of homeless people are rising with each day.
The country is falling into a bottomless pit; the spiritual base of the nation is vanishing, the morality is losing its battle. The corruption has reached enormous proportions. The present law system is ineffective. The law cannot guarantee security of life. Those in power are not doing anything. The criminals are heading for power and on many occasions are reaching it.
Despite the will of the people, just for the sake of the West's political demands, Russia has introduced a moratorium on the death penalty for most serious crimes. Murderers, narcotic dealers, corrupt officials understand that they have nothing to fear now. The decision to accept the moratorium was not just a mistake – it was a tragedy. Thousands upon thousands of people are being murdered, and their relatives are forced to carry the weight of everlasting sorrow to the end of their days with them.
The vast majority of the law-abiding people of our society can't accept such a situation. The law that allows the murderers to escape punishments is not a just law.
If the state is responsible it should accept the responsibility for all those lost lives of its citizens. All who still have hearts, should declare loudly: It is Impossible to continue to live like that!
The USA has a death penalty and nobody dares to ask for its abolishment. Just look who was supporting Russia's elimination of the death penalty? Our internal enemies, with loud applause of our foreign enemies and the criminals' foreign masters.
Why did they do it? Very simple: in order to continue the terrorization of our people, to keep them in fear, to rob and to murder!
The answer to the scientists is being given by the dedicated Communists. They call upon the people for active struggles, to the mass movements of protests. To end internal terrorism and what and who brought it to life, is only possible with the establishment of Soviet power; give power to the people. This will be only possible after the establishment of what is called by Marxism-Leninism as the dictatorship of the proletariat.
