Again money, greediness and hostility.
But behold through the haze of black clouds of falseness and hate

"North Star".
And its light comes from far away Canada
But we are able to see it here in the USSR.
And for ten yeas we are happy each month
To read this "Star" from our friends.
Its rays shine all over the world.
While each ray – is an up-lifter and a fighter.

Dear comrades!
The Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Union, which are united in this Union in seven former republics of the Soviet Union, during these dangerous times for our Motherland, is appealing to you with a program of plans and actions, and the road to their fulfillment.
Our main task and strategy, to return back to the Soviet people the dictatorship of the proletariat, to establish the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, to return back to the building of socialism as the first stage towards a communist society.
The rebirth of the Communist Party of the Union, is meant to realize this noble task, fully believing that the unity of the working class with the progressive peoples organizations and movements for social justice, that we shall be victorious.
The unlawful experiment, ruling the country, its peoples, under the guise of "democratic reforms", but in actual fact this experiment was a counterrevolution, and it has long ago shown its true face. This was the complete dismemberment of the USSR, turning it into a colony of cheap labour and a deadly course to hasten its dying population. The international capital and the newly created internal bourgeois are robbing all of the mineral riches, eliminating its reserves and even selling the land that belongs to all the people.
The result of this experiment is that millions of people have lost their lives, on account of this state genocide against their own people – plus ethnic wars to serve only nationalism.
The actual organizers of this counterrevolution are international capitalism-imperialism while the executors were the fifth column inside the country, headed by Gorbachev, Yeltsin and their clique. The present President Putin of Russia and other leaders of the former Soviet republics are carrying out the anti-peoples politics.
The existence of these present regimes is based on lies, crimes and bribery. They are able to utilize the disunity of the patriotic forces, the splits and lack of unity of the communist forces, in which some communist parties are sick with parliamentarism, and openly state that the limit for revolution has bee reached.
At this grave dangerous moment for the Motherland and of its working people, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Union is appealing to you dear comrades, that to retreat any further means that for a very long time we shall lose the great gains brought about by the Great October Socialist Revolution, the results of colossal hard work and the work of many generations of Soviet people.
Further retreat under pressure 0 the International Monetary Fund and its servants, the present internal bourgeoisie, will leave our people without any freedom or even independence in their own land, and we shall be turned into slaves.
To retreat further means to give up the working class, farmers and the working intelligencia, the aims for which our grandfathers and fathers gave up their lives in the struggle for the first-ever in the world, a state of the workers and peasants, and the struggle against fascism.
The Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Union is calling upon all communists, all Soviet people, to join together in the immense struggle to fulfill the wish of the Soviet people, which was stated clearly and in the majority vote at the All Union Referendum that was held on March 17, 1991. This is the sacred will of the people, which was expressed on that date! People have the right to live in a society of the choice for which they voted! The Belovezh Agreement and its result are against the will of the people and illegal in front of the Soviet people who, in their millions gave up their lives to make certain that the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics will blossom for the people!
We are Communists-Leninists, and we state that our main task is to give rebirth to the mighty Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
We are putting before us the task of realizing the program of resurrection of all that has been devastated by these "reformers." In this program we will make certain that the people have the control over all the means of production, elimination of unemployment, free medical help, nationalization of all enterprises, free schooling and building up our dismembered and weakened defense potential We shall do our utmost to concentrate on the youth, who have been brainwashed all of these years and show them that they have a leading role to play in the resurrection of Social ism and of the USSR.
The fulfillment of these tasks can be accomplished as quickly as we find unity and the support of the majority of the people, who will take part in the rebuilding of a Socialist society.
We do not underestimate the hardship of fulfilling this program! The path that we shall travel will be harsh and thorny, but we shall go along this road as did our previous generations, under the enthusiasm and dedication that inspired them by Lenin and Stalin!
Our hearts are fused as one! They are with you, our Motherland!
