Today we are celebrating the First of May, the day of international solidarity of working peoples struggle for their rights, the day of opposition between work and capital, the day of the militant view of the world proletariat.

Exactly in the same way in 1889 Paul Lafargue proposed at the International Conference of socialists to observe each First Day of May, as a day in commemoration of the executed workers in Chicago.

Today, the ruling Mafia regime distorts and misinterprets the essence of revolutionary and Soviet memorial days, following the principle – if we cannot revoke it, we must misinterpret. Now, today the party "One Russia" in solidarity with independent trade unions of Shmakov are making speeches, where they seemingly defend the rights of the working people, for paying their wages on time, thus masking May Day as a professional holiday of the working people.

To pay the wages on proper time- is the duty of the employer. Not to a criminal act, which is now common in Russia ands other former Soviet republics. In bourgeois society in the West, such things do not exist, because non-paying of wages leads immediately to strike action and opposition, and this is the right in a bourgeois society, to get paid wages on time, but our workers are deprived of that right, being led to a level lower than slaves. The slaves were nourished away.

The workers, according to the appeal of "One Russia" and Shmakov, have nothing to celebrate. There are only promises, oaths of the heads of these governments, governors and mayors… but the wages are still not being paid for many months on end, in spite of the promises and the promises of this independent trade union led by Shmakov. The poor people protest in silence by declaring hunger strikes. This is being done not only by workers, but professional people also, physicians, teachers, men in military service… all of them receive miserable wages. A military pilot receives only 2,000 rubles per month, but the real living expense per month is 3,000 rubles at least.

Today the workers do not have to celebrate like they did during Soviet times, today, we must rise up in struggle for the workers rights against these tyrants, murderers of people, who have stolen from us, i.e. from the Soviet people, our common collective property, having stolen our natural resources and natural wealth. It is necessary for all of us to rise up in struggle against those who posses power and their servants, who eat without limits and who also possess, in case of necessity a dual citizenship.

What have those people to celebrate now, who honestly worked all of their lives, who have created tremendous material wealth for the country, who created a great super power…but today, thanks to the Mafia power, they are being thrown into the abyss of and permanent humiliation.

What have the working people to celebrate for, when the prices for medicines are rising up dramatically, the same as the apartments. While under Soviet rule, many times the apartments were given out free. But the present regime will not give anything for free, now or in the future.

There is not much for the working class or the Soviet people to celebrate today on May Day at all. Looking at the situation of these new Mafiosi structures and the renegade intelligencia, the people are silent so far. But you gentlemen must know your history. The spring of hatred towards all of you is growing stronger each day, and its release will be horrible for all of you, traitors to the Socialist Motherland.

Therefore, the Communists of today do not have to run, bowing their heads, to register themselves to the present Mafia regime, thus acknowledging the legality of this regime. To give lists of party members for registration to the authorities, thus making it easier for the present regime to start to liquidate members, break them up during the upcoming battles. We must go to the divided and misinformed working class and intelligencia and explain to them as to what has to be done!

At least stop singing the false fairy tale songs about the possibility of capitalist parliamentary restoration of socialism. We should leave this path to Gennady Zyuganov of the CPRF. Today it is a crime for Communists and their parties to spend the poor party means of support on their known and failed election shady enterprise. You would do better by giving these ill-spent finances to buy bread for the leaders of the strike committees and the strikers, who were fired from their work for their political activities.

The power of the Mafia, which has enmeshed itself and grown together with the multinationals and IMF power, it can only be defeated through selfless uncompromising struggle, but never at parliamentary meetings, but first of all, working inside the ranks of the working class.

It is necessary to explain to the working class as to who is hiding their cowardly heads in the sand, having under his nose a half empty bowl, that tomorrow- they might not even have that bowl. The strength of the money and power can only be opposed by the unity of the proletariat, its strong desire to take back that, which was taken away from them through deception. Our descendants will not forgive us for our inactivity!

Long live the 1^st of May – the Day of solidarity of the proletarians in their struggle against the world of capitalism-imperialism and against the danger of capitalist globalization, especially against globalization the American way!
