GUANTANAMO BAY: The US is holding suspected terrorist under the age of 16 at the Guantanamo Bay in Cuba, US military official admitted. These teenagers are held in cells and they are considered as enemy combatants from Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and 42 other countries of the world. This fact alone was admitted by Lieutenant Colonel Barry Johnson, the chief spokesman for the Guantanamo Bay concentration camp.

All the teenagers were "captured as active combatants against US forces and had been brought to Guantanamo Bay after January 1,2002." The Colonel had to admit this after a report was made by the Australian’s ABC television which broke the story.

The Human Rights Watch said that there are some 660 males from 42 countries being held at this base, all suspected that they belonged to the al-Qaeda network. They have not even been charged and are NOT allowed any contact or access to lawyers. International lawyers are blaming the US Administration for an increase in suicides and suicide attempts, according to Guantanamo Bay officials themselves. There were over 25 suicide attempts by these teenagers, according the US Guantanamo Bay military official.
