1946:
On September 24th the US government accepted the "Clifford Instructions," dealing with plans for future aggression against the USSR with nuclear and biological weapons. These adopted war plans and instructions by the US government were part of its nuclear diplomacy started after US bombed Hiroshima and Nagasaki. This is just one year after World War Two, with USSR being an ally in the life and death struggle against German fascism.

1948:
On August 18 the US government adopted the plans of its National Security Council "CIL #20/1" which stipulated that after the destruction of the USSR, there will be created a protectorate. This protectorate must not have the capacity to develop into a power that would have political, economic or military capability.

This operation was called "Charioteer" counted on surprise aggression against the Soviet Union. On Soviet 70 cities there would be dropped 133 nuclear bombs. Out of this there would be dropped on Moscow 8 nuclear bombs and on Leningrad 7.

1949:
On July 12 the Government of USA accepted a detailed plan of nuclear aggression against the USSR and its European allies-

FIRST PHASE: Destruction of 85% of Soviet industrial capacity. Use of 310 nuclear bombs and 251,00 conventional (regular) bombs.

SECOND PHASE:

Air attacks against the USSR would continue and US will assure control of the skies over Europe.

THIRD PHASE:

US will then employ 144-152 ground divisions of US army and NATO. US will supply 69 air division troops to defeat the armies of USSR, Poland and Czechoslovakia.

FOURTH PHASE:

On the territory of defeated USSR, Czechoslovakia and Poland, there will be established occupational governments, using the experiences of Nazi Germany, working with the internal traitors, collaborators and quislings from Word War II.

Operation "Foodstuffs" started to operate from July 15 to September 30, 1949. Airlifting into Western Sectors of Berlin. US, Britain and France introduced a new monetary system on June 20, 1948 in order to undermine the GDR. In order to protect the population of Soviet Zone of occupation the interchange between the Western and Eastern Zones was halted. The USSR then had to send in its own food supplies to East Berlin due to this sabotage of signed treaties. USSR offered to negotiate this crisis, but the US, UK and France rejected this offer. This US-provoked crisis lasted for 462 days and the cost for the US alone mounted to over $350 million, but it served the purpose of agitating the USSR and laid the groundwork for future expansion. This was before the US plan came into being of the founding of NATO in April of 1949.

This was done according to major US plans already in place for world domination by US military and imperialism. The plans for enforcing US plans overseas were thus laid when NATO came into being. These plans were already being laid out during the last year of World War 2.

1950:
US government accepted the military plans as worked by its General Staff "MSC-68". This plan covered the span of the first half of 1950’s. This was in reaction after the USSR gained thermonuclear weapons system that was in response to the threat from NATO. This was the time of US aggression against North Korea (1950-1953). The US government increased its military spending from $13.5 billions to $50.4 billions. This was the main purpose of the adopted plans "NSC-68".

1951:
In Western Germany there were very active 465 German Nazi militant unions of former Nazi Generals and officers. Before, the German authorities under pressure from US military, released thousands of former SS officers from jails and they were employed in the preparations of the Cold War and sabotage inside the socialist countries.

1953:
Plan "NSC-162" was accepted on October 30, 1953 that US will use nuclear weapons in also small local conflicts. NATO of course is the tool to be used to defend US interests. From 1953, US and NATO had deployed their nuclear weapons all over Europe.

1955:
West Germany as was to be expected, was admitted into NATO as its main partner. With this, a totally new situation started to develop in Europe. From a defeated power, Germany was raised, promoted, supported by US imperialism to become a military powerhouse in Europe. To counter all of these Imperialist aggressive plans, the USSR and its allies were forced to give birth to the defensive Warsaw Pact Union.

Konrad Adenauer, the German Chancellor (1949-1963) declared: "I do know that German soldiers of the SS were decent people!"

1956:
Instructions and help from US/NATO countries, especially from West Germany, helped the counter-revolution forces in Hungary to murder followers of socialism.

1957:
West German schools and policies taught the people that the "East" of Germany will soon be incorporated into Western Germany and a Greater Germany will emerge as during the Middle Ages.

1958:
West German parliament, under pressure from US, accepted the decision to rearm the West German growing military.

1960:
The US Government accepted the proposed unified military plan "SIOP"

Which included the plans of US and NATO countries they received a list of targets for their army, air force and navy in the countries of the Warsaw Pact. The plan stipulated military action against the USSR and Warsaw Pact countries should start if there is a malfunction of the original plan of deterrent. The General Staff of the West German Army published in 1960 a Memorandum. Its concept demanded that they acquire nuclear weapons for its attack units.

1961:
The Berlin Crisis of August of 1961, NATO and USA increased the political, economic and military provocations against the sovereignty and the security of East Germany. From West Berlin there operated in East Germany 82 espionage and subversive organizations of the West. They organized constant hostile activities against East Germany, Poland, Czechoslovakia, USSR and other East European countries.

This forced the open border between West and East Germany to be guarded and patrolled. US and NATO were forced to negotiate a settlement.

1962:
The year of the Caribbean Crisis of Cuba was in September of this year. In October the military operation of USA was called "Mongoose" which tried to liquidate socialism in Cuba. There was instituted the US operation called "Pluto" that landed bands of counter-revolutionaries, trained and financed and armed by the CIA. This operation failed miserably thanks to the heroic and dedicated resistance of Cubans under the command of Fidel Castro.

Cuba requested from USSR the installation of a number of missiles for its protection. Following political negotiations between USSR and USA, the then president of the United States, President Kennedy was forced to state that: "US will not attack Cuba."

1964:
On June 15, US President Lyndon B. Johnson approved a top-secret plan "OPLAN-106-5A". This secret plan proposed a lightning nuclear attack against the USSR and the socialist countries. Part "A" of this plan was the destruction of the industrial and armament base of Czechoslovakia and of East Germany. The plan proposed that the CIA would manage the internal opposition into subversion of their legal governments. Radio "Free Europe" was entrusted with the task to be the coordinator of this plan.

Part "B" and "E" counted of the success of plan "A" and that the land armed forces of the US and West Germany would occupy the territory of Czechoslovakia and of East Germany, establish a pro-American government with the participation of the "internal opposition forces". US, West Germany and other NATO countries assigned over $15 million for this.

Plan "X" indicated other targets in Eastern Europe for nuclear attacks, such as in Finland 20 targets, Austria 3 targets, In Yugoslavia Belgrade was to be devastated. This plan calculated that one third of the population of these socialist countries would be killed.

1967:
NATO countries came up with a new tactic in order to destabilize the USSR and other socialist countries. It was called "Double Politics Strategy". They proposed relaxation of cold war policy and at the same time they were modernizing their war preparations. NATO and US imperialism lied to the international community and UN, because their main stress was for ongoing preparations for and their military industrial complex went into high gear.

1968:
In Czechoslovakia there was organized the overthrow of the legally elected government. NATO countries in 1967 accepted the document "MC-70". The West German secret army group prepared "Operation Flag". During the internal political crisis in Czechoslovakia the psychological warfare was increased. Special units from West Germany were prepared to enter Czechoslovak, but this was stopped after Warsaw Pact countries wet to the aid of the Czechoslovak government.

1974:
US Government accepted the "Directive 242" which again outlined details for a nuclear attack against the USSR. Exact hits should be such as to give advantage to the USA. The plan was to make certain not to destroy what might be of future use to the USA after its army goes in.

1976:
The "Directive 242" was enlarged to include the plans "NSD-242" which considered outright nuclear war in Europe, where the NATO countries would simultaneously use their nuclear weapons in attacks against the Soviet Union and countries of the Warsaw Pact.

1979:
On June 26, 1979, US General Haig was leaving his post as the Commanding General of NATO in Europe. He wrote a letter to the General Secretary of NATO J. Lunsen: "In Europe there might arise situations and circumstances when the US will be forced to use nuclear weapons as a first strike. I therefore recommend fast implementation of the already accepted plans and programs about the use of nuclear weapons in Europe!"

In August if this same year, President Carter of US and his administration accepted a secret strategic directive "No.50". The US rejected any of the UN sponsored negotiations on the reduction of armaments. It was stated that the US is now acquiring new weaponry and weapon systems and it must not be impaired or stopped or endangered.

In December of this year there was put some finishing touches to the "Double Acceptance" policy. It dealt with the 572-guided ballistic missiles now situated in Central Europe. 108 of them were US missiles, plus others from Britain. Germany. Italy, Belgium and Holland. The second part of this plan was to offer "negotiations" with the USSR. Of course the Soviet Union could not agree to these so-called "negotiations" from the position of the already existing new NATO missiles. The situation started to worsen.

1980:
Another plan-proposal by the US General Staff and the CIA, which reaffirmed that a nuclear war in Europe was possible, because this was in the interest of the USA and its future plans. This situation US figured might go on for a long time.

1981:
The "Krefeld Appeal" in West Germany was the outcome of the work of West German peace organizations in this city and it was sent to the West German government. It demanded that the West German Government renounce its acceptance of the deployment of American nuclear weapons on its territory. During the years of 1981-1984 this appeal was signed by over 5.1 millions of West German citizens.

1984:
The US President Reagan administration made it known that it does not recognize the division of Europe or the results of the World War II and US called this an "artificial division". The USA and NATO started an ongoing political and economic pressure for unifying Europe and it must eliminate the status quo or otherwise war would follow.

1984:
The war plan, called "SIOP-5" was accepted by the US administration. It chose about 40,000 targets on the territory of USSR and on the other socialist countries of the Warsaw Pact countries. These targets were divided into five groups:

  1. Against the nuclear units of the USSR.

  2. Against the conventional powers of the Warsaw countries.

  3. Against all the political and administrative centers.

  4. Against the economic centers in the USSR and in the Warsaw countries.

  5. Against all of the capital cities of the socialist countries.

1989:
In April of this year, the American newspaper "The Washington Post" published the opinion of Henry Kissinger, under the heading of: "The target of American politics must be the revision of the Yalta Agreement. not its revitalization. It is in our interest to push the USSR from Eastern Europe. Can anyone believe that the Soviet Union would not react? Therefore it must be a confidential dialogue with certain Soviet and other leaders is very necessary, but not openly!"

1989:
On June 13th of this year there were signed important documents between the USSR and West Germany. This document started the process, as was planned, to activate the US supported and financed anti-socialist forces in East Germany and in other socialist countries. It was to be accepted that the fruits of US and NATO policy plus the work and policy of internal traitors produced results. In 1989-1990 there took place counter-revolutionary changes and putsches.

1999:
On March 12th the Czech Republic became a member of the American bloc of NATO. On March 16, 1999 in Brussels, the then Prime Minister Zeman stated: "This day is the sunshine day for the Czech Republic". A majority of the Czech population rejected dragging of the Czech republic into NATO. After that the aggression by USA and NATO started against Yugoslavia.

2002:
On July 9 President Bush declared: "We will use all means to remove Saddam Hussein."

On July 19 the new commander of NATO in Europe was installed on the direct orders of President Bush, the US General James Jones.

On September 18 the Czech President Havel told President Bush that the Czech republic is ready to participate in the aggression against Iraq.

In September the Czech minister of national defense was informed that the territory of the Czech Republic is now included into the American system of the anti-ballistic defense.

On November 11 of this yea, General Secretary of NATO George Robertson introduced important questions at the meeting in Prague. There will be organized fast units for speedy deployment in numbers of 21,000 soldiers in each unit. With new technology and weaponry, NATO is ready to send its forces on a moments notice to anyplace in the world. All weapons will be modernized, plus new technological advances put into place. NATO will come to use new strategic concepts for the 21st Century. NATO will be enlarged and the budget will be enlarged without any limit.
