Dear Member of Congress,

Asking the U.S. Justice Department, under Ashcroft, to investigate "leaks" in the Bush White House, is like asking Judas Iscariot to investigate the Sanhedrin on the railroading and execution of Jesus of Nazareth. Especially when the crux of the matter here is not just a "leak" exposing a CIA agent or front company, but TREASON as defined in Art. III, to wit: whether the de facto Bush regime MASTERMINDED the infamous "911", defined by General Colin Powell as "an act of war," in which 3,000 innocent American civilians lost their lives in New York City and Washington on September 11, 2001. And Ashcroft, as well as high level advisers like Rumsfe1d, Wo1fowitz, Vice-President Dick Cheney, and others, are up to their necks in the "911" conspiracy... if indeed there was one.

Blood chilling as the possibility is, it is not unfortunately without a few historical precedents:

Two decades ago, in this country, when treacherous political hacks (North and Poindexter) gave the Islamist regime of the Ayatollah Khomeini weapons and spare parts in exchange for keeping 100 American hostages captive in Tehran until after the 1980 presidential election: the infamous "Iran-Contra scandal" which in effect defeated Carter's reelection and elected Ronald Reagan. And,

In 1933, in Germany, the Reichstag (parliament) building arson fire, masterminded and set by the Nazis, then blamed on others and used as pretext to enact, quickly and without opposition, Germany's "emergency patriotic laws" that conferred on Hitler absolute dictatorial powers and ended the Weimar Republic's civil liberties.

The similarities between the Reichstag fire and passage of Nazi Germany's "emergency patriotic laws," and the heinous "911" and quick passage of the "USA PATRIOT Act of 2001," are far too scary to ignore.

More than "probab1e cause" exists and has been widely reported in reputable mainstream newspapers in Canada, Eng1and,Europe and Latin America... but alas very little in the United States!!! So what is going on here!!!???

In any event, since "probable cause" exists in abundance, and due to the gravity of the matter, Congress his both POWER AND DUTY under Art. I Sec. 8 Clause 10 (piracy and acts against the laws of nations) and Art. II Sec. 4 to appoint a Special Prosecutor to exhaustively investigate the matter.

What We The People demand is nothing but THE TRUTH: if the Bush administration proves innocent on "911," then it should be fully and publicly exonerated by the full membership of Congress, by both houses and both parties. But if guilty, it must be removed from office at once and the guilty parties dealt with according to Law. Let the chips fall where they may!
