About the Treachery of the Russian State against the Interests of Soviet People

The Soviet people shall never give in, no matter how much time has passed since the Gorbachev-Yeltsin treacherous clique on March 17, 1991 during the referendum, when over 76% of the country voted for the preservation of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. Since that time close to 90% of the population are doomed to hardships and poverty. The Russian Federation since that time, without any war has lost nearly 50% of its population and 33% of its former territory.

The US imperialism, together with its puppet states in ex-USSR are now after the economic and military potential of the former Soviet Union, created by the working class. US military has now utilized Russia and other former Soviet republics as the dumping ground and storage of nuclear and plutonium wastes.

The Russian State Duma has ratified the agreement in which Russia cannot have its troops on its own territory - the Kaliningrad Region, while NATO has its military and many bases in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania – danger to not only to Russia, but Byelorussia, Moldavia and Ukraine.

On October 22, 2004, the Russian Duma ratified an additional agreement between the Russian Federation and China about the Russian-Chinese border on its eastern territory, and Putin has pushed through the transferring of the territory of the island Tarabarov and part of the Great Usurriskiy.

On October 29, 2004 the Russian Duma has also ratified an agreement with Germany (a member of NATO) that allows German troops to travel through Russia, bordering Afghanistan and Iran. This agreement also forbids our Border Guards to carry weapons to defend the sovereignty of Russia.

Putin has finally mastered the new type of commerce – trade in territories. Putin has also put on the agenda for the Russian Duma - the agreement to transfer to Japan the Kurile Islands

The Presidium has adopted a 7- point program of action in order to struggle and defeat the above treacherous acts of President Putin, but also to struggle for unity of action in the fight for the restoration of the USSR and of Socialism.
