So, it seems like the danger of new military conflict on the Korean peninsula decreased, doesn’t it? The United States and their allies pledged to guarantee security of Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and to participate in the development North-Korean atomic energy industry. Yes, it seem like North Korea was a tough nut to crack for Uncle Sam. DPR Korea is neither Iraq, nor Yugoslavia.

However, did they really leave alone the Land of the Morning Calm, as Korea is sometimes called? Well, let’s hope. Nonetheless, right after the completion of negotiations on Korea’s nuclear-free status the USA declared they cannot commit to any specific timeframes as to providing Korea assistance in the development of atomic energy. It is clear that such procrastination is equivalent to withdrawal from the achieved agreement. What’s next?

As experience in the area of international relations shows, the USA is notorious for breaking agreements achieved with other states and in not following the rights and obligations as laid out in UN resolutions. Today we face the same situation: it became known lately that the US revised the doctrine of using the nuclear weapons. According to the new doctrine, the US President can give first strike orders to attack an opponent anywhere on the globe when the US suspects a threat of weapons of mass destruction being used against the US army, bases of which are located around the world. Who will determine if such threat exists? The UN? This organization has lately turned into a discussion club vaguely reminiscent of the League of Nations. Most of the UN’s functions have been taken over by the Pentagon.

In this way, in 2003 in Washington DC "appeared suspicious" that in Mesopotamia those same "weapons of mass destruction" were being produced. And the land of ancient Babylon was set on fire. And there is no peace today between Tigris and Euphrates. And if Saddam Hussein did possess these weapons of mass destruction, maybe Yankees would not dare to intervene into lands so far away from the Potomac? Both Washington DC and London knew there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. However, the smell of Arab oil is a very magnetic pull in US politics.

Somewhat earlier, before the American intervention in Iraq, in Washington DC "appeared suspicious" that freedom-loving Serbs are even tougher then the American nurtured and raised Bin Laden. So the NATO monsters flew over freedom-loving prospering Yugoslavia unloading deadly depleted uranium onto defenseless people, betrayed by their pseudo-friends. Where is this country, liberated from terrorists, today?

Without a doubt, to preserve peace one must not only present weapons of mass destruction from spreading, but also destroy all its arsenals. Isn’t that right? Why then doesn’t Uncle Sam do it? Who provokes spread of nuclear genie, ready to emanate from the bottle, throughout lands and continents? Isn’t it Uncle Sam himself, born of the Pentagon? And they say the cold was it over. Or is it?

In one of his speeches Mister Bush declared that on September 11, 2001 a new war started – a war against terrorism. Does the American President really intend to use nuclear weapons in search for bin Laden? This is equivalent to hitting a mosquito sitting on a person’s forehead with a hammer. However, war is war. In 2004 for the first time in history military expenditure reached one trillion dollars. 47% of this amount is being spent by the USA. The American president, talks about creation of a "rapid deployment task force". Its purpose will be to move it fast into the hot spots of the planet. To create such units the USA is committing $124Million of its 2006 budget. In this way the USA will be establishing Western model of democracy in foreign countries. Will the people of the countries where Yankees rush with their so-called "humanitarian mission"? ("Den" 10.06.2005).

The plans of American imperialism are becoming more and more concrete and straightforward. For example, in 2005 the government of the United States dedicated $32Mill for arranging "coloured revolution" in Belarus. ("Pravda" 2.08.2005).

As the result of investigation of the May events in Uzbekistan, riots in the city Andizhan were financed by the embassy of the USA in that country. According to the defendant Tvakalbek Hodzhiev, the United States was attempting to provoke in the republic another "coloured revolution".

Under the conditions when Putin swears in his faithful friendly relationship with Bush, Pentagon to take its positions around Russia: in the Baltic States, in Ukraine, in Caucasus and in the Middle Asia. Is all of this really targeted toward search for groups of terrorists? I doubt it very much. Pentagon could have eliminated the abovementioned bin Laden a long time ago. English newspaper "Sunday Times" quoting Arabic channel Al Jazeera reported the first opportunity for this was in 1999. Back then the leader of terrorists was spotted from a surveillance aircraft in the mountains of Afghanistan. For the second time similar information was gathered by satellite. The third time they found him near Kandahar. However, he escaped because of the American’s tardiness. For the fourth time a secret agent found bin Laden in the same Kandahar, but even the military operation did not take place. ("Pravda" 6/09/2005). Perhaps, someone needed this person? Isn’t it to justify true, state terrorism? It is known that the purpose of American imperialism is establishing of world domination of the USA.

The United States, for example, do not hide their attempt to establish by force "American type democracy" in North Korea, in Iran an in many other countries. As to Belarus, the USA already signed related international agreements with countries, such as Poland, Ukraine and Georgia.

Media rights about the existing American scenario for attack on Venezuela, known as Plan Balboa. Pentagon contemplates intervention into this country, including bombing of the capital and other cities. At the same time former presidential nominee Pet Robertson on television called for assassination of the President of Venezuela Hugo Chavez. According to Robertson, this is "cheaper than starting a war" ("Averspress", Lutzk, 25.08.2005).

In one of the issues of the Ukrainian newspaper "Kommunist" there was a small article entitled "And the mighty rockets fly, fly, fly…" (22.07.2005). This piece presents information from one of the deputies of the Parliament of DPR Korea who fled South, that in North Korea nuclear weapons based military preparation are on the way. However, this information was not confirmed, neither by the North, nor by the South. However, this is not the point. Is the world trembling before the might of DPR Korea? Maybe the organizer of state terrorism on the planet is another state?

Yes, the mighty rockets circle above countries and continents more and more often. They represent a huge danger to existence of countries and nations. During a very short time Yugoslavia has been destroyed as a federal state. Iraq has been destroyed. Afghanistan is occupied. New world gendarme threatens the DPR Korea, Iran, Cuba, Venezuela and Belarus.
