I greet you comrades with the New Year and I wish you, above all, good health, happiness and may all of your wishes come to pass, above all, the unification of the USSR and a new beginning.

I wish to thank you, dear Michael Lucas, for your work and dedication, that you were able to bring success to the Second World Congress of the International Council, and that the Congress delegates accepted our offer to host the Third World Congress for Friendship and Solidarity with Soviet People in 2007 here in Moscow. I highly respect that decision. We are going to do everything possible that the Third World Congress under your direction will be held at the Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences and on the highest kevel of learning and in an organized manner.

About everything concerning the preparations I certainly will keep you constantly informed. Regarding any problems that will come up - that is only natural in life - it would indeed be surprising if there were no problems to be encountered, but with your help and together with all other like-minded comrades, we are and we will bring them to a successful conclusion.

The first organized event, we held, based on the scientifically analyzed "Group of complex problems of the national politics" of the Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences, at which I work, we already published the results in the "Economic and Philosophical Newspaper" #52, December 2005. It is a sure thing, that we shall find the finances, in order to finance this Third World Congress in 2007!

I am asking you my dear comrade, if it is not too difficult, to send me the names of all organizations-parties-movements-individuals – of all those that will be invited to send delegates to the Third World Congress – those that you feel are necessary – with their addresses and e-mail or fax numbers, and include also their telephone numbers.
