There was great indignation by the people that were gathered at this 62^nd Anniversary of Soviet Red Army breakthrough of the Blockade of Leningrad, that the flags that were allowed to fly were the three-colour flag of the traitor General Vlasov. This three colour flag – white, blue, red was given by Hitler in 1944 as an official flag of the "SS Eastern Legion" of the regular German Army, composed of local traitors – in the ROA General Vlasov Army. We also remember that Hitler appointed this General Vlasov who then organized 38 battalions of these local traitors. They took an active part in the blockade of Leningrad for 900 days, murdering Soviet people under this fascist flag.

The City authorities did not allow the large delegation from the All Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks with their Soviet red flags to come to lay wreaths and flowers at the Piskarevsky Cemetery, because we were flying the Soviet red flags and with portraits of Lenin and Stalin plus the emblem of the AUCPB.

The Pitersk authorities could not explain on this sacred day of remembrance by Leningraders as to why these sacred symbols of the Soviet Heroic Red Army who liberated Leningrad could not be flown or even shown! Since those heroic days 62 years ago, Soviet people and the people of the world bowed their heads in memory of thousands upon thousands of Leningraders and the Soviet Red Army soldiers who gave their lives to defeat fascism – when flowers and wreaths, Soviet flags were flying in memory to these fallen heroes.

The present regime and its militia could not openly and forcibly take these flags from out of our hands, tear them up and throw them out. They decided that they shall not allow these flags to go into the cemetery proper at all, but be forced to stay behind the barricades put around the cemetery. Why? So that the official regime representatives would not be able to see the Red Colour Flags of Soviet Victory!

So we, the Bolsheviks, were made to supposedly disappear from the view from the cemetery by these police who surrounded us, who should be more diligent in stopping growing crime and criminal activities. These militia goons surrounded us Bolsheviks in a circle of steel and made demands upon us for our passports; where we were from; even though we gave all of this information to the authorities at Smolny. Some of us were veterans of the struggle in Leningrad during the 900 days of the Blockade, like the decorated veteran Colonel A.I. Dobrogorskij who under the red banners stood his ground as he did against the German fascists. He refused to leave, bedecked with his medals for over two hours, behind the barricades erected by this regime’s forces – together with all other Bolsheviks on this sacred ground. After this determined stand off by the dedicated Bolsheviks, the authorities then started to disperse and leave the Piskarevsky Cemetery.

Prancing and masking themselves before their fascist US and Israeli masters, the present regime of Russia, as is done by Kremlin, as all over this Russian land, they are willing to go to any lengths and to extremes, including even bloody provocations, desperately trying to erase forever from people’s minds the shining and heroic history of our Soviet people, and besmirch all of the progress that was made under the leadership of Soviet Communists in the USSR and Socialism. It is through all of this, that they try to prolong their rule in order to rule the people and the country by unlawful and physical extermination of its people. Every year the population of Russia is getting smaller by over one million people!

The large delegation from the All Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks laid wreaths and flowers near the Memorial and at the statue to Mother-Motherland, marching under Red Banners and Soviet Flags and emblems of the AUCPB, giving due homage to the heroic fighters and defenders of Leningrad, defenders of the Soviet Union. And Socialism. Thus this sacred memorial grounds was cleansed from these Vlasov traitors who are in power now.

We, the members of the All Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks condemn the present regime of Russia for besmirching the fallen heroes for the liberation of the Soviet Motherland, as a step towards fascistization of the present regime. We call upon all of the working people to arise in a sacred struggle against this coming fascism, to struggle for a bright future for our future generations – for Socialism.

For lasting memory to the fallen in the struggle for freedom and independence of our Socialist Motherland!
