You can look at History from many angles – painting it all "black" or painting it all "white". Historical episodes and historical dramas are complicated events that cannot always be outlined in the two extremes! There was never any revolutionary upheaval that took place in history, where there were no casualties or no mistakes. The question of Stalin is a case in point – even after 53 years after his death – the calumny that is being heaped upon his grave saw no historical precedent!

Let us look at the gigantic revolutionary epoch that J.V. Stalin was heading and what were the actual historical results. Russia had a population of 150 million and most half illiterate, with backward industry and agriculture. Russia had to transform itself in only 10 years. Stalin and the Bolsheviks had to transform the country into an industrial giant, based on socialist principles that everything belongs to the people. In 1931 Stalin stated: "We are behind the industrialized countries by 50-100 years. We have to catch up in 10 years; otherwise the capitalist-fascist enemies will defeat us."

In ten years Hitler attacked the Soviet Union. USSR was the victor in this life and death struggle, even though all of the Western countries worked and helped Germany to invade and try to defeat the USSR. Stalin managed to get into motion industrialization, collectivization, and the cultural upbringing of the people. This gigantic undertaking could not have been done only by pleading and by explaining the absolute necessity of these enormous things to be accomplished. The internal enemies, supported by the capitalist countries that surrounded the Soviet Union, had to be curtailed, isolated, jailed and when necessary, even shot, when they sabotaged, murdered the leading Bolsheviks and who had constant ties to Western intelligence agencies and did everything to sabotage the growth of Socialism and thus try to pave the way for Hitler’s fascism to defeat the Soviet Union !

Today all enemies of former USSR and Socialism, like flies gather on this dung smelly heap of lies, all crying about the "repressions" in order to try and erase the greatness of this giant personality of history – to besmirch and bury in their putrid dung heap the whole glorious history of the USSR, that was led by Stalin!

This is why it is imperative, that a correct picture of Stalin must be known by mankind. Even the best brained enemies of Stalin have to admit the greatness and correctness of Stalin. Even Winston Churchill, the bitterest enemy of Socialism and Stalin had to admit that Stalin was the "Father of his Nation."

Today in Russia, one of the most bitter enemies of Stalin and of Socialism, who for 20 years was agitating, besmirching Socialism, who headed a terrorist group, who attempted to assassinate Stalin – who for over 20 years was the leader of anti-Soviet propaganda – who was living abroad for 20 years and writing vicious articles and organizing inside the country – Alexander Zinoviev, now writes:" Soviet history –was hard, was tragic, but it was grandiose. Not everything in it was bad. There were tremendous and glorious Soviet accomplishments. People even now do not yet really appreciate the gigantic forward steps that the Soviet Union made. But, the time is coming when the truth of these accomplishments will be known and really admired and appreciated. Now I do not look at the USSR of Stalin, that it went against its ideology. There was no other way."

It is time for all Communists – even those who succumbed to revisionism ala Khrushchev, to put a complete end to this vicious propaganda of anti-Stalinism and look at the history objectively. This former vicious anti-Stalinist, A. Zinoviev, should act as a starting point, to admit the great strides and great miracles accomplished by Socialism under the leadership of Stalin!
