The treacherous dismemberment of the USSR and of the world system of Socialism is tragically affecting the whole world. In reality we have only a one polar world of imperialism-capitalism and of the trans-national corporation exploitation of countries. The diminishing role of the UN has allowed the rampage of terrorism of US and of NATO to run rampant all over the world.

The US-NATO aggression against Yugoslavia, Afghanistan and Iraq, has produced genocide, racism and devastation, ethnic conflicts, regional wars, murder and moral degradation, plus hundreds of thousands of refuges. On top of that, this US-NATO aggression has started blockades, economic and political, and the beginning of US imperialist New World Order – this is the contemporary world after the temporary demise of the Soviet Union.

The numerous and uncounted humans are in secret jails all over the world, put there by US imperialism, where they are tortured, maimed and many have died. This is against all the treaties of the UN that the US had signed. In March of 2006 the President of Yugoslavia, Slobodan Milosevic, died from causes that are very suspicious, being tried by the Hague Court.

This fake and unconstitutional Hague Tribunal, was established by the United Nations under pressure of USA, after the invasion and dismemberment of Yugoslavia as a political mechanism for the ambitions of US and NATO imperialism. The Hague court proceedings, the manipulation of every law and statute of the UN Charter is recognized by all the international lawyers and human rights activists.

The absolute farce of this 5-year old trial, the absolute falsification of documents, the priming of false witnesses, the billions of dollars spent in this farce, is so obnoxious that even well known personalities of International Law in the West cringe at this charade!

The illness of Milosevic, and his request to go to Moscow for treatment, the attempt to poison him, the denial of Milosevic to defend himself and take advantage of the supposed impartial attitude of the Tribunal – all these facts alone show that the main idea of this US sponsored and financed Hague Tribunal, was to get rid of Milosevic at all costs!

On behalf of the Russian Academy of Sciences we are appealing to the UN and the International Hague Tribunal, to open up an unbiased enquiry into the whole trial ad the death of Milosevic.

We are also appealing to all progressive humanity, to the communist parties, peoples organizations in all countries, to organize an alternative International Tribunal to try the real war criminals and the role of US imperialism and NATO’s role in former Yugoslavia, Afghanistan, Iraq and economic blockade of Cuba and North Korea. We also demand material help to these people who are suffering from the invasions and devastations because of US imperialism.

We demand the liquidation of this illegal Hague Tribunal. We deplore the policies of the UN regarding the USSR. We deplore the actions of the European Union, European Parliament etc, which are in our estimation very suspect, since they act as pawns of US imperialism and NATO.
