Communists, Progressive Socialists and Komsomols Did Not Allow the OUN-UPA Forces Along Kreschatik!

The criminal activities of members of OUN-UPA against their own people in Ukraine and people in Poland, Slovakia, Byelorussia and Russia are to be rehabilitated.

The International Tribunal Court at Nuremburg agreed that the OUN-UPA was part and parcel fulfilling the orders of German fascists. It is these elements that burned to the ground Khatyn in Byelorussia as well as killing Soviet soldiers and Jews at Baby Yar.

The organizer and leader of these OUN-UPA bandits, S. Bandera demanded: "We need blood - we will make certain that there is blood, we need terror- we shall bring this to its poisonous boiling point, we must destroy and liquidate all – we must not leave anything. We are not going to waver before killing, robbing and torching. In this struggle we cannot have any ethics!" These Banderites did not stop at anything.

Only during the winter of 1945-46 in the Stanislav Region of Ukraine, these OUN-UPA bandits made 66 diversions, 252 attacks, murdered 84 Soviet Chekists (as these bandits called them Stalin‘s lard-eaters), 146 Army soldiers, more than 800 activists of local population, plus other beastly acts.

Financing and arming these bandits were the agents of still existing German secret service. The NKVD captured thousands of weapons, grenades, machine guns. The Soviet forces liquidated over 1,231 members of these bands and arrested over 15 thousand of its members.

In order that readers would know the feelings of Soviet war veterans and people of Ukraine as to why the present Ukrainian regime aims to recognize these fascist bandits as war veterans – I am writing here about just three episodes done by these bandits.

* After the war, a Jewish women farm worker was going to work on the field in Western Ukraine, when she was seized by two OUN-UPA bandits, who killed her with pitch forks.

* The newspaper "Communist" wrote about how these bandits cut to pieces with axes a man and his wife, these two people were activists on a collective farm. After they cut up the bodies, they put some flesh on a pan and fried it on the stove, and then put it on plates in front of the couple’s children and told them:" Eat, children, eat!"

* In a village that was just liberated by the Soviet Red Army, the bandits of OUN-UPA came into the village and then these bandits started their terror against the villagers. One young women, after stripping her naked, they tied her hands to her feet and then showed a stick into her until she died a horrible death.

In Western Ukraine all of the water wells were filled with killed children, cut to pieces, cut up in front of their mother’s eyes and then thrown into the wells. These bandits cut off the hands of the villagers who signed an application that they wanted to join a collective farm. They especially killed, mutilated, burnt, cut to pieces all Soviet educated people who came to Western Ukraine in order to help the population rebuild, after the devastation suffered at the hands of the German fascists and their OUN-UPA helpers.

These bandits and their helpers cannot ever be forgiven their crimes! These present followers of OUN-UPA in Ukraine, under the present Ukrainian nationalist regime, again are proposing plans as to what to do with Soviet people. Here are just some quotes from their propaganda that is being decimated in Ukraine:

All the media daily propagandizes that the OUN-UPA fighters were "liberators", while the Soviet Red Army is calked "Moskali and occupiers".

The present Ukrainian regime has allowed these fascists to be in the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of the Interior and in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The American ideologues of the New World Order are banking on these nationalist-fascist elements in Ukraine as the bulwark against anything Soviet or Russian.

Well, all of these fascist elements supported by the US and the CIA and by president of Ukraine, want to recognized them as "heroes" and give them the same recognition as the Soviet War Veterans have.

Fulfilling the wishes of the people of Ukraine, the left forces blocked the march of these forces on the main street of Kiev, the Kreschatik.

On the eve of the October 14^th action, I telephoned the Jewish organizations in Kiev and asked them to be part of this protest, but not one Jewish organization came out to protest against these Banderites and their action. After suffering at the hands of these fascist bandits and the genocide, not one of these Jewish organizations or individual showed any solidarity in this protest action.

Fascism is raising its head in Europe and in Ukraine, you should remember that there is now no more the Soviet Army that liberated you from the ovens of Oswiecim. All of us are in danger of this new nationalist-fascism that is raising its head and being financed and supported by elements here in Ukraine and by US New Word Order and the CIA.

These Banderites – this is a tragedy and danger for Ukraine. This will never become the national ideal of the Ukrainian people!

Thousands of people demonstrated on Kreschatik Sq. in Kiev last October 14th against the nationalistic regime of Ukraine and its demand that the OUN-UPA be recognized as war veterans. Fascism was stopped here!


Struggles by young people against these Ukrainian nationalist troopers was fierce.	These are the Special Forces "BARS." The present regime has raised them as enemies of their grandfathers and grandmothers, who fought and died for the liberation of all of mankind!
