Dear comrades of NSC and the International Council:

We have acquainted ourselves with the document that was received by you, and the vicious attack on the International Council, on NSC, on Michael Lucas, the Editor of Northstar Compass and also on the Soviet Friendship Society with Peoples of Foreign Countries, as well as on the Russian Communist Workers Party (RCWP-RPC).

It is very sad to deal with this case where the authors of the vicious attack letter, first of all Tatiana Khabarova, have so badly sunk down and downgraded themselves politically.

We hereby confirm that our Soviet Society for Friendship with Peoples of Foreign Countries and the RCWP-RPC are in no way related to this group that calls itself the "USSR Citizens Congress"!

With our best regards and wishes for 2007 and for success in our cooperation to build a mighty worldwide movement for Friendship and Solidarity with Soviet People!
