An Urgent Appeal to Fulfill the $30,000 Campaign

Dear readers and friends:

This is an unusual step for me to personally ask you to help and fulfill the $30,000 NSC Sustaining Fund by September 9, 2007, which will be the 16^th Anniversary of NSC.

These finances are much needed in order to carry out the extensive tasks that were set before us by the Second World Congress.

I thank all of the donors mentioned above who understood the need for this true voice of Friendship and solidarity with Soviet people!

As you are aware, we are trying to help the French Edition, Russian Edition and now the Spanish Edition as much as we possibly can. We managed for close to 16 years to keep on publishing the English NSC regularly, and hopefully we shall be able to go on.

We are in the process of organizing the Third World Congress in Minsk, Byelorussia in 2008 – and we must help cover the costs.
