Galina Petrovna Savchenko during the 89th Anniversary of the Great October Revolution meeting dedicated to the Soviet Army, February 23. 2007 where she was awarded the Medal "For Loyalty to the Oath"
On her bookshelf in the study is a photo of J. V. Stalin, Kuznetsov and Michael Lucas, Editor of
NSC.

Since its inception close to 16 years ago, Galina .Savchenko has been writing for NSC articles and sending photographs as a staunch Soviet patriot and a dedicated supporter of Northstar Compass and the International Council for Friendship and Solidarity with Soviet People.

Our readers are familiar with her articles and judging by letters received by NSC, they are very appreciative of her dedication and leadership.

President V. Yushenko of the Ukraine in two unlawful implemented laws stopped the work of the Ukrainian Parliament and the Constitutional Court, and is ruling by decree and thus threatening Ukraine.

In the meantime the so-called "united opposition" headed by Y. Timoshenko openly boasts of support from such as Berezovsky, Albright and Condoleezza Rice. This, plus anti-Russianism is the work and support of Washington.

Timoshenko has taken a stand to dismiss the Ukrainian Parliament at all costs and push Ukraine to join NATO and the European Union. The aim of Washington is clear - to divide Ukraine into "their Western zone" and to build war bases in their friendly Western Ukraine at all costs.

Freedom for Ukraine from these traitors Yushenko and Timoshenko, the tools of the CIA and NATO!

The pot is boiling and on this 62nd Anniversary of the end of the Great Patriotic War, Ukraine's policy is to support Poland and the Czech Republic as potential military bases by US; to support the policy of the Estonian reactionary position towards Russia, which helped to spread wide protests all over Ukraine.

The patriotic anti-fascist Ukrainian Union of Soviet Officers stated: "Disgrace and damnation to the neo-fascists of Estonia! its president and all other officials of this Estonian government and their demolition of monuments to Soviet Red Army soldiers and the reburying of their remains. You are the vandals of the 21st Century! You should be tried by the International Court and by the United Nations Organization!"

On the eve of the Day of Victory, many Soviet War Veterans visited schools in Kiev, in order to bring the truth to today's children about the Soviet Army who went into Berlin, and not the Germans who came into Moscow. They also explained to the school children about neo-fascism.

In Kiev on April 27, 2007, in the central square, Galina Savchenko is holding a self-drawn poster – one of about 100 posters that she drew herself – showing names on the swastika – Berezovsky, Taylor, US Ambassador to Ukraine, plus present Ukrainian traitors.
These are the kinds of drawings by children when they welcomed Soviet War Veterans into their classrooms.
