Let this occasion be joyous in re-dedication to peace, anti-imperialism and the struggle for the rebirth of the Soviet Union and Socialism!

In the present unstable situation in former Soviet Union where we planned to hold our Third World Congress in 2007, either in Moscow or in Minsk – unfortunately this did not pan out for reasons already known to readers of NSC. Therefore it was decided after consultations, that there is now an urgent need to hold an Executive Meeting of the International Council and NSC Editorial members which were elected at the Second World Congress that was held in Toronto in 2005, in order to discuss our future plans.

Invitations were sent out to all Executive Members in Canada, US, Germany, Senegal, India, Turkey, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Australia, Russia, Bangladesh, The Czech Republic, North Ireland and Iran.
