Yugoslavia: 16 Years Fighting For the Interests of the Working Class

For 16 years the Communist Youth of Yugoslavia (SKOJ) is fighting for Socialism and for the renewal of our homeland, the Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia. The predatory process of privatization, which started in its worst form after the counter-revolutionary coup on October 5, 2000, led to an unemployment figure of 1,000,000 and brought us the position as the poorest country in Europe.

This situation, called the “transformation” of Serbia, we of the SKOJ want to change. Under these circumstances, the strength of SKOJ which ids led by the ideas of Marxism-Leninism and proletarian internationalism, anti-imperialism and socialist patriotism – is growing from day to day. You can see this in all of the main cities the results of the actions of our youth association. With pride we can say that SKOJ is the vanguard of the progressive youth in Serbia against privatization, and against the accession of our country into NATO and into the EU. We are against the imperialist occupation of Kosovo and Bosnia-Hercegovina.

SKOJ doesn’t recognize the destruction of Yugoslavia ad is fighting for the renewal of the SFRY, our only homeland which was destroyed by Western Imperialism. SAKOJ organization exists and growing in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia ad Hercegovina and is starting to grow in Croatia and Slovenia. We are members of the World Federation of Democratic Youth that continues the traditions of the Communist Youth International.

SKOJ is following the way the classics of scientific socialism as taught by Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin. We support the aspirations for Socialism in China, Vietnam, Cuba, Peoples Democratic Republic of Koreas. We also give our support to the Bolivarian socialist revolution in South America.

We support the struggles of Communists in former USSR and in Russia the dictatorial bourgeois regime of Vladimir Putin and we condemn the plans of NATO to interfere with their military bases right on the border of Russia.

Only the renewal of the USSR makes the destruction of the USA’s New World Order possible! SKOJ demands the withdrawal of NATO forces from Iraq and Afghanistan. SKOJ is fighting against fascism, globalization in every place where these reactionary symptoms manifest themselves.

SKOJ is the fist of the New Communist Party of Yugoslavia, the only Marxist-Leninist party in our latitude and the vanguard of the Yugoslav working class.

SKOJ stands for the renewal of Yugoslavia, the destruction of imperialism and globalism, and, we shall fight and struggle in the upcoming period with even greater zeal and undiminished in the world proletariat from the clutches of capitalism.
