Appeal to All Members!

Dear member organizations of the International Council for Friendship and Solidarity with Soviet People (ICFSSP),

Last Issue NSC printed an invitation from Prof. Jose Maria Sison, Chairperson, International coordinating Committee, International League of People’s Struggle (ILPS) for the 3^rd international assembly of the ILPS under the theme “Strengthen the People’s Struggle, Unite to Build a New World against Imperialist Aggression, State Terrorism, Plunder and Social Destruction!”

The ILPS is an international alliance of anti-imperialist mass organizations. It is an important co-operative venture to raise the links between different anti-imperialist mass organizations and anti-imperialist struggles. We the editors of NSC, encourage the member mass organizations of the ICFSSP to sup-port the ILPS by sending delegates to its third international assembly.
