Statement by “For Union and Communist Party of Union” Minsk
The preset situation for all of the Soviet people is more dangerous than it was when Germany attacked the USSR on June 22, 1941. At that time the Red Army was united and stood up to the fascist hordes and behind the Red Army were the united Soviet People. Today, instead of the mighty Red Army, there are many small, ineffective armed forces, and very loosely together, but divided by borders and nationalistic propaganda that stops all unity.
Before, the leadership of the Soviet Union was dedicated and strong, and, the unifying force was the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. Today, with one or two exceptions, the present leadership of these former Soviet Republics is in the hands of opportunists who are willing and are in fact selling out the interests of their own people. All former Soviet republics are under the influence of imported liberalism and influence of foreign powers, renegades and social-democratic influences and their generous financial support.
Today there is rampant capitalism in all of the former republics and they could not mobilize themselves against an enemy. Instead of unity and unified actions as was under the USSR, the present union is divided, dispersed and only two republics that have some kind of loose cooperation. In the meantime the NATO bloc is not only governing and exploiting the natural resources, the economic potential of former USSR and Europe, but on the global scale.

This present situation has actually given Imperialism a victory, both in the psychological and informational sphere, which will lead to the actual occupation.
During 1940’s the country was cleansed of its “fifth column” but today, this “fifth column” exists under the name of “democratic opposition.”
In 1941 the aggressor stood on our Western borders, but today Imperialism is already in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Ukraine and going into Georgia and other former Soviet republics – thus surrounding the former USSR!
That is why our party is calling upon all former republics of the USSR, while the sky is still clear above our heads, to join the initiative as started by President Lukashenko of Byelorussia, to formally join together, as a start - Russia and Byelorussia – and then proceed to unite all of the former Soviet Republics towards a Union and Socialism and, thus guarantee again against any attack by Imperialism!
The Soviet Union defeated German Nazism, the foe of all mankind. We must give rebirth to the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics; bury the plans of all the neo-fascists who are not only enemies of our people, but enemies of all mankind!
