ACCORDING TO MISHKA

MishkaPutin on a Show

Putin and Medvedev
The caption to this photo says it better than Mishka ever could: "The legitimacy that Medvedev (right) had is because he was chosen by Putin. Putin could have chosen his horse!"

No other Head of State in this world buffs his image as does Putin, the temporary Prime Minister whose protege Medvedev the President will be replaced in the near future. The legitimacy that Medvedev has is only because he was put-in by Putin.

Can you image any other head of state being pictured in official photos as this one – half-naked on a horse and with a cross on his chest, to make certain that he covers all the bases? These are not random photographs – these are made to order by powers that are behind Mr. Putin.

This photograph was published in Canada by Maclean's Magazine, August, 2009, and the write up is very revealing even for this pro-capitalist magazine. This magazine questions (and rightly so -Ed.) with the following comment:

"The problem is, regardless of how the Russians feel about Putin, it's not in his hands that the power is supposed to be – even by the present Russian Constitution that he pushed through. Putin is no longer Russian president and head of state. According to the Russia's Constitution he should be subordinate to his protégé Medvedev who is the President of Russia. This guaranteed victory for Medvedev, who obligingly appointed Putin as his Prime Minister!"

A question that the Russian people should be asking is: "Why does the Russian State TV gives Putin blanket coverage? It Putin's political career is at all time high and peaked, why does he bother burnishing his public image by posing on horseback with his shirt off?"

The answer is very simple! Putin will again be put in as President by the powers that support him – the new multi-billionaires that are growing like mushrooms in Russia now.

Putin on a horse
No amount of strutting on your horse will save you, when people wake up as to who you really are!
