Fraternal greetings dear comrades:
Our Association for Friendship with the Republic of Belarus in Catalonia, Spain, at its last meeting in July, 2009, agreed to lay the groundwork for extending solidarity to the whole Soviet people, based on your International Council for Friendship and Solidarity with the Soviet People headquartered in Toronto, Canada. To do so, we are having a special meeting in November in Madrid to discuss the following points and to rename our organization and be part of the International Council.
*Solidarity with all Soviet people and organizations of the future Communist USSR. Solidarity has to be not only moral but on all levels.
* Establish relationships with all organizations and Soviet Communists who want to respect the sovereignty and maintaining the relationships we have established with the AKM-TR, CPSU, PCBRTY, Movement for Ukrainian SSR.
* To follow the aims and purposes of the International Council situated in Canada.
* Be a united front in the struggle for Socialism.
* Consistent fight against Imperialism and NATO.
* Consistent fight against all forms of fascism (from Nazism to Zionism).
* Support the Soviet People in their struggle for the restoration of the USSR and Socialism, based on the teachings of Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin.
* Fight for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity amongst peoples.These are just some points that are based on our sister organization in Canada.
Long live the USSR!
For proletarian internationalism, not chauvinism or nationalism!
For peace and friendship between the peoples of the world!
