Shocking OSCE Comparison!

By PAVEL KRASNOV

On July 2 2009, a shocking event occurred – the parliament of the pan-European OSCE passed a resolution equating the roles of the USSR and nazi Germany in starting World War II. It called for making August 23 a day of remembrance of victims of Stalinism and nazism.

According to this document, the government of USSR is a "totalitarian regime".

The military dictatorships in Poland, Rumania, Spain, the regime of the "black colonels" in Greece, and even the fascist regime of Mussolini in Italy, according to the document, are not considered to be totalitarian regimes. For some reason, nothing is said that the documented war crimes and genocides of nazi allies – Romania, Hungary and Finland – were considered as crimes.

Similarly, no war crime charges have been laid on US and Great Britain, who killed thousands of citizens in their horrifying bombing massacres of Hamburg, Dresden and other cities. Neither were the nuclear bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki considered to be war crimes. Also, there apparently were no mass genocides in French and British colonies, no Austrian genocide of Carpatho-Russians, and so forth.

It is interesting that word of USSR's crimes came out only 70(!) years after they supposedly happened. During the time of the USSR, not a single word was spoken in the world about "Soviet crimes" and "Soviet genocide". The situation was totally opposite – the USSR was considered to be the liberator of Europe from the nazis. The nazis were destroyed by the Soviet Union, which was under the leadership of Stalin. It is enough to just look at the documentaries, the press, and the historical documents of those years.

In this we can see the core principles of Dr. Goebbels's propaganda: a lie should be repeated a thousand times and then referred to as a fact.

The USSR has not existed for almost 20 years, and Stalin died about 60 years ago, so how can they possibly be expected to defend themselves against the accusations of liars?

It would be the same as if the USSR, in the middle of the seventies, started a hysteria about the Russian-Japanese war of 1905 and labelled Japan as a 'monster', accused leaders who died a half century ago of "war crimes", and so forth. It would be very strange, wouldn't it?

For comparison: nazi crimes were known worldwide immediately after they occurred. These crimes were very soon confronted by an international court – the Nuremberg tribunal. Hitler's regime was not charged for "totalitarianism" in Germany, which, being a sovereign state, is its own internal business. It was charged with aggression towards other countries, and the massacre of innocent people as a result of nazi principles. A colossal amount of evidence was presented to support these accusations.

No court has ever condemned the actions of either the Soviet Government, or Stalin as criminal. Any "official" accusations are a direct forgery on the part of OSCE.

It is interesting that, in spite of all international standards and especially of European rights, specific people and state structures are accused of being guilty of crimes without a trial and official investigation. This means that when it comes to Russia and the Russian people, any actions are acceptable.

In this document, OSCE not only accuses the Soviet Union of crimes without a trial, but also demands that all government organizations promote and distribute this resolution, thus suppressing the different points of view.

It seems that well-known historical facts, common sense and even simple concepts of honesty and fairness have no value for European politicians. They are liars and falsifiers. Without any doubts OSCE is an organization that breaks the laws, a true successor of Goebbels's theory.

The document appeals to the participating states to:

a) Continue the research of totalitarian heritage (nazism and Stalinism) and to raise public awareness of it;

b) Develop and improve textbooks, programs and events, especially for young generations, highlighting the danger of totalitarian regimes;

c) Encourage and support the organizations providing research and educational work about crimes of totalitarian modes.

This document asks the governments and parliaments of participating states to completely get rid of structures and organizations that support and promote totalitarian ideas.

The document also expresses deep concern due to growing promotion of totalitarian modes in Europe, including the organization of public demonstrations in support of nazism or Stalinism.

By the way, the Victory Parade concerns "eulogy of the Stalinist past "as well.

This resolution, made in Goebbels' style, consists entirely of fabrications, forgeries and direct lies. For example, it equates incomparable terms – "nazism" and "Stalinism".

Nazism is a precise term describing certain nationalistic doctrine, which has clearly defined postulates and ideas, followers that are called "nazis" and so on. This ideology was taught in educational institutions of Germany and other countries.

"Stalinism" is no more than an ideological stamp. In the USSR of that time there was not a single "Stalinist", not even Stalin himself. The people who are now labeled "Stalinist" actually called themselves "Bolsheviks" and "Communists", and they followed not Stalin's ideology, but the theory of Lenin, Marx and Engels.

That is how a standard scientific, political and historical term is put in line with an artificial propagation label.

For example, USSR never made any pacts with nazi Germany. Only a NON-AGGRESSION AGREEMENT was made.

That is an ideological trap, which has been deliberately set up long ago. The word "pact" is exclusively a synonym of "international

agreement" in the Russian language, whereas in English and a number of other European languages it has an additional, sub-context meaning of "alliance", which is in turn a synonym of the word "pact". Thus, the word "pact" in relation to this agreement has been deliberately implanted by language specialists, and has been repeated wherever possible to distort the truth.

USSR is not yet blamed as an initiator of World War 2, however this is implied. The day for direct accusations has not yet come, however the base for these accusations has already been laid -the day of the signing of the non-aggression agreement has been declared to be the "day of memory of victims of nazism and Stalinism". Accusations are the next step, and they will inevitably follow. The non-aggression agreement (an agreement that is directed at keeping peace) will be declared to be an act of war and be presented as an aggression. The signing of a non-aggression agreement in itself cannot be a crime. It could only be presented as a crime by other criminals. However, have no doubt -this will be done.

This document is not an accident, but a warning call, which will soon turn into a funeral call for Russia and its people. Right now this resolution is not being discussed in the global mass media – the time for this has not yet come. However, when this time does come, this fake will be referred to as if to a real, international document. It will be a base for many other, much more serious documents.

The consequences of this "insignificant" event should be explained.

There is now a jurisdictional and ideological base for the destruction of memorials of Soviet soldiers and the destructions of their graves across the entire Europe.

There is now a reason for naming USSR a "criminal state", and equating it to nazi Germany.

Shortly following, Soviet symbols are going to be equated to nazi swastikas and will be banned in the European Union, followed by a massive anti-soviet and anti-Russian hysteria. (This has already happened in the Baltic countries.)

After that, it wouldn't be surprising to find that saying Stalin's name will be the same as denying Holocaust, and will be followed by all sorts of "democratic consequences".

Stalin will be declared to be "worse that Hitler", and USSR worse than nazi Germany.

Based on this, the next step will be the separation of the Russian Federation, which will be declared a "genetically criminal" and "chronically diseased by totalitarianism" heir of USSR. After that, the country is going to be cleaned out and robbed under the context of "compensations" with interest. Paid out in property and territories, these "compensations" are not going to stop until the last Russian dies.

Victory Day will be forbidden in Russia. It will be forbidden to even mention this "criminal victory of one dictator over another".

The country will be dissected into small pseudo-countries, where all soviet books, films, history and anything else related to the USSR will be forbidden. In educational institutions Russian children will be mentally degenerated through the processes of "de-Stalinization", "de-Sovietisation", "de-Totalitarisation" and so on.

Those who will try to teach their children about the USSR will have the children taken away under "juvenile jurisdiction" and "children's rights". The West has a great deal of experience in this practice. All of this will be just the beginning of the final end of the Russian people, who will be destroyed like the Native Americans. Their fate will be shared by any other people who live on the Russian territory – Tatars, Chuvashes, Bashkirs, and many others.

Do you doubt that this will happen? In the 90's no one thought that the hysteria about the "Katyn massacre", "Stalin's repressions" and the "GULAG" would have any serious effects. No one could even imagine that Russians in the "European" Baltic countries will become a third-rate people, that the Russian language in those countries will be almost forbidden, that the country will be dissected into pieces, or that NATO will come to their very borders.

This is an ideological war, which may at any moment turn into a real war, aimed at the destruction of the Russian people and Russian civilization.

In this war, the so-called "government of the Russian Federation" is on the other side of the barricades. They are among the enemies of the Russian people.

Stalin and the USSR – that's what our enemies mortally fear. They are the source of power of the Russian people and the symbols of our shocking victories.
