This Bulletin is sent to Northstar Compass by our readers so that we can be informed about all of the happenings that are taking place inside the upheavals of the patriotic-communist forces. Again, we state that it's unfortunate that we do not have a weekly newspaper to include all of the numerous activities that are taking place in the mass movement against the present regime.
Below, we publish just some excerpts that show beyond a reasonable doubt as to where CPRF and Zyuganov stand on very important issues.
On February 13, Zyuganov gave a press interview in Moscow. In a far ranging interview, he said the following: "We were able to do away with groups and even our own members were supporting this left movement inside our ranks. We are for a further opening of our ranks to all parties, peoples-patriotic movements, trade unions, national oriented capitalist class, which want to work for Russia, in the name of Russia and to enlarge the capitalist class inside of Russia."
To a German journalist's question as to how he looks at Karl Marx's Communist Manifesto Zyuganov replied: "It was a document of its epoch. We cannot throw away private enterprise as Marx suggested in the Manifesto!"
To another question from assembled correspondents regarding the dictatorship of the proletariat, Zyuganov replied: "In the Bible, the Koran and the Torah, there is a command to love thy enemy as you would love yourself. Therefore, the dictatorship of one class against another is not valid. We must have understanding amongst classes."
Regarding the process of unification of all Communist parties into one union, Zyuganov answered: "There are laws in each country as to the process of unification. We must submit to the present laws. We feel that time is now only for consultation, not unification."
