Dear friends:
With the upcoming First Conference called by the Organizing Committee in Europe in year 2000, we are urging all the parties, movements, publications and associations that have signed the "Call", to start to organize Friendship Societies with Soviet People of the population in these countries, cities and localities.
This First Conference must be as widely represented as is possible and be the united front to help the Soviet people get rid of the present hated regime.
Let us reach the goal of friendship that was attained by the Union of Soviet Friendship Societies as it was during Soviet Union.
